Review 1：- Very bad air conditioning and thermal isolation of the room (hotel is made of concrete with no isolation - like oven in Summer);- bed not a clean one; - somebody smoking in the corridor and rooms next to us; - no racks for drying the swimming suits and towels; - poor breakfast; - bad location; - bad value for money

Review 11：We've booked the room in Jean Marie Hotel in advance (3 weeks beforearrival). However, when we came to the hotel at agreed check-in date wewere told that "something was wrong" with the hotel booking system andthere is no room for our family. Our phone number and address wereavailable for hotel staff, but nobody notified us about this situation.And what is more, the hotel even has drawn out money from my credit cardfor 1 day stay in advance. We were suggested to move to the other hotelclose by, which we did not like because of poor references. We have tostay 1 night in the hotel personnel room in the basement of the hotelbuilding. Fortunately, we've found another nice hotel 100 km far fromArma di Taggia (it was really difficult as it was hot season) and movedthere next day.

Review 12：The hotel was very well situated for the shops, the beach, resturantsand the coastal cycle path. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.There was a balcony with a table chairs and sun loungers. Michelle atreception was extremely friendly and helpful. A bonus for us was theunderground parking as we had expensive bikes with us.
