Review 1：The front house's staff was not really happy if we ware sleeping until Half past nine in the morning they also try to make me paid twice for 2 night for the dad of my partner (that i paid straight away when i been there!) and the arrogant manager also didn't said anything when we was leaving!!!!!the breackfast was terrible we had the first and that's it

Review 3：Dirty room (cigarette filter in the bathroom, hair under the table). Very noisy room. No car park. We wanted to pay cash, but on arrival the hotel had already charged our credit card. They argued it was not possible to change this. At breakfast they the plate with prosciuto and cornetto was empty. When i asked for some prosciuto and cornetto, "finito prosciuto and cornetto" was the answer. This was at 9am, not 12 am. Next to the espresso machine stood an unfriendly man telling you how you should take your coffee and controlling everyone. When leaving the hotel they had put our ice pack (for our car fridge) in the fridge in stead of the deep freeze. I would accept all this in a 40 eur hotel, not in a 90 eur hotel. Terrible value for money !

Review 5：Some of the staff was very unfriendly, a few of them didn't speak any English at all. The hotel director however was communicative, helpful and friendly.
