Review 6：Very nice innkeeper. Gave us a choice of rooms. Bed was very comfortable and the Wifi worked well in the room. Owner was very helpful for our short stay he even set us up with chair massages. Wonderful stay.

Review 7：The owner was so insensitive to what we wanted, that eventually we tried to avoid being seen by him, and stopped complaining about the many things not working. Eg: on the first day, there wasn't any hot water for a bath. His response: "why you want hot water? it's summer. But for you... I'll make the water hot" We ordered the delux room with fireplace and spa. Yet the room was so small you simply wanted to sleep and get out . A fireplace was built into the corner of an already cramped room. The "fridge bar" was placed in the wardrobe making the cupboard small. The WiFi only worked sometimes. and we had to use the bathroom phone since the phone by the bed wasn't working. The cleaning service was basically "folding the duvet and placing the pillows in the semi-right place". What about cleaning the glasses, cleaning the wine stain on the table, or replacing the candles? Lastly - I've never been repeatedly asked for a 10/10 review at booking.com by any owner. It's just not acceptable.

Review 8：Beautiful location, with amazing views. Owners wife was friendly and pleasant! They did try to make our stay pleasant, but it was all just too much.

Review 9：We loved Metsovo and the location of the hotel. The host was very helpful and we enjoyed our breakfasts! Our room had a lovely view and the bed was enormous and very comfortable. The whole hotel was spotlessly clean and tidy.

Review 12：The hotel was beautiful, clean and idyllic with STUNNING views. George and his wife own the hotel and they could not have been more welcoming, warm and genuine. The pool and hot tub were amazing, wine delicious and breakfast fantastic, we could not have enjoyed ourselves more.

Review 13：Owners were friendly and helpful. Located on the edge of the town, but at the same time very close to the centre. Rooms are overlooking the mountain, and just few houses come on the view in sides. Breakfast was good. Large, comfortable beds, fresh mountain air and tranquility of the place ensure a good relaxing atmosphere.

Review 15：Some rooms have a whirpool - just ask at the reception and they will give you a room with a whirlpool if available - it really does pay off! There's a beautiful balcony and fireplace to the rooms as well. Very romantic.

Splendid view of the surrounding mountains from the terrace that is furnished with a very good taste for a mix of authenticity and modern comfort. Though located very near the centre of the characteristic village, the hotel is very calm yet.

Review 26：Fantastic location, Yorgos the host was very welcoming and the breakfast was superb. Cracking value for money! The only thing missing (and this was an oversight by us) was the lack of air conditioning - but in the clean mountain air, we slept with the windows open anyway!

Review 27：This is just the place where you want to stay when you visit Metsovo. Great place, swimming pool with a mountain view, helpful and cheerful owner. After a long trip hydro massage in a room was super relaxing. We were visiting during the summer but i bet it gets even better during the winter.

Review 30：Great hotel for stay in Metsovo, which i amassing traditional Greek city. Very friendly and welcoming host will ensure that your stay is comfortable, safe and interesting. Hotel has a lot of facilities including outside pool, sauna, jacuzzi in rooms and great terrace looking at mountains. We especially liked view from our room balcony.

Review 37：According to Booking.com the room should have had a spa bathtub, however the room we were given did not have one. Instead it had a 'hydro shower' which was disappointing.

Review 39：Immediately upon arrival to the hotel, the owner received us with great smile and aimed us in the parking lot. The reception was fast. The room was very clean and tidy. Breakfast, prepared by Dimitra , the owner, was delicious. The hotel is very luxurious with nice view of surrounding village and mountains. The terrace with outdoor pool (used in appropriate season) in addition to the balconies in the rooms. The hosts are charming, very helpful and caring.

Review 40：The only thing is space in the room. I was travelling solo, so it was OK. However, a couple in the same room, with big luggage, especially North Americans, would have found it tight.

Review 43：The spa bath was very good, however, not the same size/shape as in the picture shown on booking.com. The bed had no nighttable on one side. The room could have been a bit bigger. The room had amazing views so it is a shame there was no kettle with tea and coffee to allow us to sit there and enjoy the views from.

Review 50：As anywhere in Greece, people tend to smoke in public areas even if it is forbidden by law. Coming downstairs for breakfast we were met with at least 6 guests puffing away. Not nice!

Review 51：The owners, Dimitra and Giorgos, did everything they could to make our stay perfect. Tanqueray Gin in the bar, but they had run out of Tonic,so they got a courier to bring a whole case in. Second morning of our stay - the lovely Greek yoghurt was out of stock - the same thing happened! The beds were the most comfortable ever with a memory foam mattress.Fireplace in our room!Amazing plentiful breakfast with Nespresso-coffee!

Review 52：The rooms are really small. We had a room with fireplace, and we had to take turns when going to the door or to the balcony. The owner/manager made us feel uncomfortable. It was impossible to leave the hotel without him asking us where are we going, what will we do, when we'll come back. He and his wife were really nosy. Every morning he asked us how was our bed. When there are not a lot of guests, they give you breakfast like in a restaurant - you sit and they bring you the food, you can't choose anything. The parking is small, we needed to park outside when the hotel is even half full. Overall, not recommended. The owner also demanded that I wrote the positive review and didn't let us go before he repeated his demand couple of times.
