Review 1：A little hard walk from railway station.

Review 2：Good location and good atomosphere in mauntainous area. Good Austrian dishes in the own restraunt. Friendly staff and service.

Review 3：The bed was squeaky. The quilts and pillows are made of feather which may not be suitable for allergic guests.

Review 7：The hotel has very good views towards the mountains arounf Semmering. It is clean and comfortable and during summer time is a good place to stop on the way from Vienna to the south.

Review 12：The staff were friendly but not intrusive. The facilities were very comfortable, clean and well serviced. The place of Semmering was very easy to navigate with plenty to see.

Review 13：No lift - tough for those with heavy suitcases. We felt thecouple running it were not very welcoming. Service wasperfunctory and unsmiling. We were also charged for items on themenu we had not ordered.

Review 27：There was a bit confusion with half-board prices. As per hotel information some rooms have breakfast included, some not so make sure how much you have to pay (our half board was EUR 7 for breakfast and EUR 12 for dinner) although hotel website states half-board EUR 12. The building is old so expect some noise from room above or next during day / evenings.

Review 28：The location is very good, very close (5 min walking distance) to BILLA supermarket, cable car and training ski slope. The food was excellent (half board) with big breakfast and three course dinner. The staff was very polite, helpful and took very good care of us (ie we got pack of Christmas cookies on Christmas eve etc.). There is also excellent bakery 50m from pension and plenty of good restaurants.

Review 29：The place was very clean, the room had heaters turned on already at arrival. The 4 person appartment had seperate room for 2 beds. The place also has a fairly good restaurant.
