Condo Hotel Coolum Caprice sells fast on our site. Coolum Caprice provides self-contained apartments right in the heart of Coolum Beach. Ideally located for exploring the Sunshine Coast, Coolum Caprice is right across from a patrolled beach and close to shops and restaurants.
There is a choice of one, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, all of which have private balconies with ocean views. All apartments are fully self-contained with open-plan living and dining areas, as well as full kitchen and laundry facilities.
Facilities at the resort include a heated swimming pool and a hot tub, a sauna, a fitness center and a game room. There are barbecue areas in the surrounding tropical gardens.
Coolum Caprice is on the corner of David Low Way and Beach Road. There is a great selection of shops, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance of the property.

Review 1：Decor of room extremely dated. It had not been refurbished in a very long time. We had to request bed sheets to put over the sofas as they were absolutely filthy.

Games room with pool tables & air hockey etc. Friendly staff. Overall resort value for money vs. location is wonderful! Plus so much to do locally! Walk 30 seconds to the beach. Walk 5 minutes to the cliffs. Resort dead central to main strip. Lots of shops & restaurants near by (practically everything is a 5 min walk max). There are 12 restrurants near by from vegan, Indian, Mexican, Italian, Japanese, surf club, fish & chips etc. Lots of neat surf shops. 5 min drive to Coolum mountain which you can climb. 10 min drive to Noosa river where you can hire a boat for the day ($100). Great rock fishing & river fishing. Ginger Factory & Nut Factory near by. Coolum Caprice is the ultimate beach getaway. I'd rank it better then overpopulated snobby Noosa.

Review 8：We were on the ground floor unit No. 4 The water dripping from 2 floors up on to our balcony making all our tiles wet and our outdoor furniture and table. It was near the gate to get in and out and your feet got wet going into your unit which made it slippy

Review 15：We could not watch Foxtel TV as the reception was zero except for 2 sports channels. Some tradesmen were drilling most of the Tuesday which reverberated through our apartment which was annoying and unexpected. There is no 24/7 staff on reception.

Review 19：The apartment had a lovely layout but was a little tired and needed a thorough clean of fans and cupboards etc. Could also have had a firmer mattress and a fan that worked in the bathroom but all in all these were small criticisms.
Review 20：The apartment was spacious and the location was right across the road from the patrolled beach and a walkway to the top of the cliffs. Even from our first floor apartment, you could still see the ocean too.
Review 21：The pool/spa was often filled with drunken middle aged men swearing & drinking beer. But my little girls managed to splash them sufficiently to quiet them down.

Review 23：While it was comfortable, we were disappointed that these apartments were promoted as 'luxury' accommodation. The dark dated furnishings, lack of face cloth and tissues in the bathrooms and incredibly noisy dishwasher meant it was definitely not luxury.

Review 25：There were a few lights in the apartment that didn't work. We had stacked everything in the dishwasher to run the morning we were leaving and the dishwasher didn't work. We then hand washed and dried everything. It was no big deal, it just took us by surprise and took up some time.
Review 26：The view was spectacular. The people at reception were very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We couldn't find the iron and they brought up a new one. We found the old iron and gave reception back the new one. We appreciated the soap powder. Your customer service was excellent.

The house pool is clean & spacious for that evening swim. This was our second time in twelve months we stayed at the Caprice. Shopping strip, eateries, cafes right at your doorstep, beach across the road, couldn't have it better. Views are excellent from the apartment, including balcony.Maroochydore shopping Plaza only a 15 minute drive away for hours of shopping and Noosa only 20 minutes North along the David Low Way road. Also, Coolum is a beautiful and peaceful place. Ideal spot for that well earned family holiday.

Review 110：It was very noisy. Not just general traffic on a busy intersection. There were roadworks at night and renovations close by during the day so any relaxing rest was impossible. Drills, hammers, saws, annoying reverse beepers all day and into the night and rubbish trucks early every morning. Also, other occupants dragging outdoor furniture across the balcony tiles. Maybe some felt on the legs of the furniture would help

Review 112：When I arranged the booking, I asked for a room overlooking the sea. To my delight I was allocated a room on the 11th Floor. A really great surprise to see such a beautiful view. Surf Beach just over the road, as was the Coolum Beach Surf Club. It was delightful to sit in the Club and be so close to the beach. Staff were fantastic at Caprice as was the lovely eating places immediately surrounding the Resort. My wife and I will be back again in 2015. Such a good place.
