Review 15：in description "room facilities" a jacuzzi inside room was mentioned which was reason of booking. no such thing was available in any room, that made me check out after first night and go to a different hotel. i should not have been charged by the way, since description did not match with situation.

Review 16：The hotel is located in the middle of the mountains, a little bit outside of the town. The room had a smell, I never liked the furniture.

Review 17：I stayed only one night, go to Kefalonia. The hotel personnel are very hospitable. Our balcony had a nice view over the hotel`s swimming pool.Strong wi-fi connection. The hotel has a spacious parking. Breakfast was good.

Review 18：The only inconvenient that we experienced was that although among the hotels facilities there was also a restaurant included with a la carte menu it was only available for breakfast and closed the rest of the day which pretty much interfered with our plans as we deliberately chose for the hotel to be a bit more far from the city center to enjoy some quietness and, the opposite, we had to walk towards the city center (approximately 1 km) for the daily meals or each time we were hungry. Another small issue but we think it is worth mentioning as the price of this facility is included in the overall sum is that the bathroom had a non-working spa-type shower in the shower cabin, only the usual shower was working.

Review 19：Relatively easy to find, very nice location though a bit far from the city center (very quiet area which was good) which might be a bit of a problem when returning after dark fall – not many streetlights on the way. The hotel personnel are very hospitable. The buildings` architecture is very beautiful and the rooms are very nice furnished and very clean at the same time. Our balcony had a nice view over the hotel`s swimming pool. Breakfast was very tasty and we had a variety of products to choose from. We also liked the fact that we received individual usernames and passwords to be able to use the wi-fi. This provided us with a stable and strong wi-fi connection as it was kind of difficult for the hotel outsiders to use the network. The hotel also has a pretty spacious parking space beautifully decorated with different types of flowers.

Review 20：The breakfast wasn't that huge, break wasn't fresh, BUT cake, hospitality, local cheese and yogurt did the job though :)

Review 21：Mr Tasos was really welcoming and friendly, he is professional and you can notice that. View and pool are amazing!!

Review 24：This hotel is great. The owner is very friendly. The rooms arebeautiful, furnished a bit dated but very cosy with a skihotel feel.Clean and comfortable bathroom. Lovely breakfast.

Review 25：Everything was absolutly perfect, It was really cheap for what we actually got! A really comfy and cosy room! It had everything a real 3 star hotel has. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 26：The hotel is very well located in the middle of the mountains, a littlebit outside of the town. We enjoyed the lovely view from the balcony,the swimming pool but most of all we very much appreciated the warmwelcome we received from Tassos who tought us a bit of Aromanian (thelanguage widely spoken in Metsovo and in other regions). This is whatmakes travelling interesting.

Review 27：The people that run the business. Although a family business, it is thefirst time that I see such a business being so efficient and clientoriented. Mr Tasos is 'ola ta lefta' (one man show). A great value-for-money hotel, in an excellent location.
