Review 1：A little too quiet in such a way that there is minimal shop houses around. Quite dark as there is no street lights leading to nearby areas such as Seminyak. Need to walk quite a bit to places like Potato Head.

Review 2：It is clean and nice. Staff were very helpful and speaks English that could be understood. Breakfast provided were well served. Quiet. It is nearby some great eateries such as the Nook, which is within walking distance

Review 3：The breakfast was terrible so we never got it after the first day, the pool had too much chlorine, the rooms and hotel look like they need a makeover a bit worn and dated but when you are paying $70 a night you can't be too picky. The fridge kept freezing everything and they only supply water in the bathroom it would be nice to have a stocked mini fridge.

Review 4：Location is great just close enough to all the best of Seminyak and Kerobokan - the rooms are large and clean just dated a bit. Bed is comfortable. Good value for money - we just wanted a place to sleep and sit in the ac as we did day trips.

Review 5：Swimming pool not working because of previous days rain. Wish I had been warned in advance cuz might have cancelled my reservation. Manager didn't agree to a discount but to free dinner for 2, cheaper for them but fair enough. However he could have offered that himself rather than wait for me to ask

Review 7：The Location is not the best. Check it on maps before you stay there. On first sight the rooms are very nice but not clean at all. We had the room with the private pool but we did not want to use it as the side of the pool was really dirty.

Review 9：The staff are nice but they need to be educated more on hospitality, I need to call them several times just to have them bring breakfast to my room, when I was swimming and asked for a towel the staff said they didn't have any clean towel because their laundry machine is broken. It's like as if they don't think about their answers, they just don't want to do it.

Review 10：I like the room, very spacious super super comfortable and not constraint. Big living room, roomy bathroom. They even have a jacuzzi. And another small living room in the bedroom. Love it!!

Review 11：Pool tiles could hurt your skin a little if you're not carefull, the surface is not smooth enough.

Review 12：Love the Family Suite, the bathroom, the suite terrace, bedrooms, all so spacious, with nice interior design. The quiet location, the breakfast. Absolute value for money.

Review 13：Toilet flush did not work well and took a long time to refill water. The toilet leaked over the night. We woke up the next day with a super wet leaking floor.

Review 15：Water pressure in the shower could be better - sometimes it was hard towash the ocean sand from my hair:)It was a little bit noisy sometimes because of the neighbour villa - the workers was building the pool. Hope they will finish before you come to your holidays to ADMA:)

Review 16：The authentic balineese style villas are very cozy. We've stayed onthe second floor and found it very nice due to it's comfortablekingsize bed and large terrace where we had enjoyed daily breakfast. Thelocation is great - 10 minutes to Seminyak by motorbike, next to JalanBatu Belik where you can find a lot of good restaurants. You can reach"Nook" - restaurant with the rice terrace view, by foot. Alsolots of thanks to the hotel's staff - they are really helpfull,effective and positive!

Review 17：There was a blackout in the Umalas area on the first day we were there. The place had no electricity at all. The place was quiet and there is an absolute need for transport. A motorbike or car rental would be advised. We stayed in the ground floor, a "pool suite", which will be more aptly be named a "jacuzzi suite". There is a pipe there keeps dripping water the entire day onto the rocks in the bathroom.

Review 18：Breakfast was pretty good. Place is new and in a quiet location.

Review 19：When we came there was a comstruction going on. We were plnning to spend 2 nights, however there was no water when we arrived and it waa said it will be resolved in a few hours. It ended up that there was no water for the whole night. We decided to check out after 1 night. What disappint us was no solution offered to us during this situation. They should have put us in another hotel until it is resolved

Review 21：THIS IS NOT A VILLA but a big hotel room with a jaccuzi NOT POOL that only one person there knows how to turn on and off , there is no living area just a couch next to the pool under cover there are chickens or roosters next door which will have u everyday at 5am and they go all day , the mosquitos just attacked me every night through the bottom of the door from bathroom enough to wake me up every night . i wouldn't stay here unless u were getting up very early to go do things and u can get a real villa with a garden and proper pool for maybe same price or 10-20 usd more
