Review 1：- A room 205. There was a problem with a key. The place where you place the key when you enter the room was damaged. Another big problem was that the light in the bathroom was weak. I would say it was very dark in the bathroom. The water in the shower was continuously running. - You have to pay 3 euro for the saif. - Be ready to stay hungry after the hotel breakfast. The selection of food is poor. Cheese, one type of ham, yougurt, 2 types of vegetables, boiled eggs, watermelon, honey, nutella and some bread. That's it. You can order omelet or something else for the money. The omelet is about 5-6 euro. Your children or men will be hungry for sure. - Poor wi-fi

Review 4：The staff were all very friendly, the breakfasts were excellent and the whole hotel was spotless. It would have been excellent all round but the balcony was very small and there was no chair in the room - just a stool, which would have been fine but it was very stormy when I was there and I was often unable to sit on the balcony.

Review 5：Had to pay for in room safe. We did not see anywhere on any website that you had to pay extra for the safe. Shower let the room down as it was really rusty!!!!! And when you pulled the lever to turn shower on you had to put your hand on it as it came away from the wall!!!! Breakfast we felt was very limited.

Review 6：Lovely peacefull hotel. Very clean and like new.( except the shower )panormos is lovely quiet area with no loud music playing ( except in the hotels further down the road in panormos)

Review 9：Only improvement that would have been 10 out 10 was facility to have a shower in the afternoon on last day after checking out of room. We left the hotel at 6.15 and ideally wanted to shower an hour or so before departure.

Review 15：The room was clean with a great view. No noise at night. The location was great -- right by the beach and the center of town. The free breakfast in the morning was a good deal and quite fresh. Receptionists were always available and helpful with information about buses, etc.

Also, lots of power sockets and a hair drier (rare for Greece) and quiet spot very close to the main beach. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast was traditional Greek style but with an unusually large selection of quality produce, including the best olives in Crete! Panormos itself is an authentic, pretty and welcoming Greek village which manages to embrace tourism without being spoiled by it. Overall, excellent value

Review 24：Our fridge didn't work. It wasn't examined or replaced, nor would they give us a different room. Our children were placed on a different corridor to us. There was no shade on our balcony for breakfast. The staff were very reluctant to give us bowls and spoons to eat our breakfast in our rooms. The pool always had numerous leaves and insects in. The pool shower didn't work at all. The hotels airconditioning fans are located next to the pool and spoil the peace. Such a shame.

Review 25：Well located, clean dry solid rooms with good airconditioning. They gave us free drinks on arrival as our rooms weren't ready.

Review 28：Very nice hotel in a lovely tiny village of Panormo, close to the sea, just walk a few stairs down and you are on the sandy beach with clear waters. Comfortable accommodation, rooms are very bright and spacious, with nice view from a big balcony. We loved that our room had both shower and bath, beds are wide and comfortable for sleep. Roomkeeping service is at high level, everything was very clean: bed linen, towels etc. We recommend Panormo Beach for its perfect price and quality balance. Very friendly staff, everyone is ready to help anytime. Thanks hotel manager Vasilis and his team!

Review 30：First of all, hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet village. Seaview room is perfect to catch amazing sunsets. Rooms are in very good shape. The closest (and the best) beach is at your nose.

Review 52：The staff was very friendly and welcoming. There is also a room service and lift even if there are 2 floors. The breakfast is very good in comparison to other 3 star hotels in Santorini for example.

Review 53：The beach is sandy but a small bay (not a lot of space to walk and choose, with wind quite big waves and shabby water), the hotel is overall good standard and friendly staff but could be a bit better organised / pay a bit more attention to detail to be really nice and easy (at the moment: no proper directions to the hotel, no toiletries incl shower gel in the bathroom, no beach towels, no bus times nor weather forecast at the reception - unless you ask and the receptionist looks for the info every time, cheap and scarce breakfast until 10), the rooms are rather small, the hot water dissapeared occasionally (?). The roof bar/ restaurant didn't seem to be open (was supposed to be 18-24) but of course there are many others nearby. The hotel administration could try to do something about the open-air bar close to the hotel that played loud music most nights whereas only a small group of locals (?) seemed to gather there (so that couldn't keep open the balcony door at night to enjoy the fresh air and sound of the sea).

Review 54：Modern building (so it doesn't feel cheap / run down and has a good bathroom), location (nice and peaceful but very close to the beach and the village centre plus well connected to Rethymnon etc), reasonable price, nice balcony, no disturbance by the cleaners while you are in the room, free wifi at the hotel and around in the eating places (Taverna Kastro is a great restaurant a bit uphill and the places at the village centre /seaside more lively).
