Review 2：The resort was 5 star all the way with phenomenal attention to detail. Staff were so attentive and always ready to help. (Thank you Eli). Housekeeping was wonderful and very unobtrusive. It is a brilliant place to relax and soak up the sun and the general ambience was one of peace and tranquility.

Review 3：We had an amazing time at this resort/hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast was delicious with varied options. We were upgraded to a room with a private pool which was very nice, but anyway there are so many pools around the hotel, you won't feel cramped. Would really recommend the Thalassotherapy spa treatment. We received free vouchers and greatly enjoyed it! All in all, amazing luxurious time for an affordable price.

Review 4：The only criticism we have is that the shower screen is not big enough and it is impossible to have a shower without soaking the floor near the bath.

Review 5：Excellent friendly staff. Waiters were very helpful and the wine waiters seem well trained and knowledgable about their wines. The food was of good quality, variety and plentiful and should most tastes. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily and the overall experience was 5 star. I would recommend this hotel for restful break.

Review 12：There isn't really a beach as property is at the edge of a rocky cliff. Patchy Wifi (which wasn't much of a big deal). Other guests who were rather racist and inconsiderate (not the resort's fault)

Review 15：A memorable relaxing holiday spent in a beautiful venue! Strongly recommended for the peaceful sunsets, magical settings and super friendly staff. We were greeted with smiles,positive energy and delicious vanilla ice tea! We are very thankful especially for all the staff at the reception who recommended lovely sight seeing trips, thanks to Elli and Zaccaria and Yannis !

Review 18：Layout of accommodation is confusing, we were on the exact opposite end of the pool and beach and had to walk quite a long time to get to there. Our room had a nice sea view but many of the (cheaper) accommodation only have a view of the back of the other rooms (just something to be aware of) We had lunch once at the pool side restaurant and paid 40 euros for water and 3 salads - food was very poor for this price - especially since in neighboring town Panormos the same 40 euros buys you an elaborate beautiful meal + wine

Review 20：Staff was excellent specially Maria (at the front desk) she was extremely helpful. We stayed for 3 days (part of our honeymoon) and each day the management sent us a gift (wine, champagne, cake, fruits...); they even gave us early check in for free since our plan arrived early. The villa we stayed in was exceptional. all was great.

Review 21：Location is a little far from the airports and towns, but there's a cute little tourist train, for only 2 euros, that runs from the hotel to the nearest village Panormos where you can eat at the local tavernas and rest at the beach.

Review 26：Just hands down great! To give you context, we generally stay in Westin hotel brands. This hotel went above and beyond those standards! Fantastic Cretan food at Elia including the ocotopus and snail risotto, amazing service with kostas and Arturos at the island bar, and great perks like upgrades, vip checkin, honeymoon champagne and peaceful cliff side views and beach?

Review 27：The WIFI was very, very slow, even in the late evening or in the early morning it was a little bit better. At our arrival we had a long speech with one of the staff, she wanted to "sell" us an upgrade (that´s not a 5*style)

Review 30：It was our honeymoon and they were extremely accommodating. They upgraded us to a beautiful suite with a private pool! They also not only gave us fruit and a bottle of white wine but cake and a bottle of champagne. The service was wonderful and the food was some of the best that we had our entire trip! The views were fantastic. TIP: There is a mini-market in the complex that has decent prices for odds and ends you might want while there (including wine, beer, water, etc.)

A la carte restaurant was very disappointing - menu the most pretentious ever encountered and of the four meals delivered, two had to be returned as inedible.
