Review 1：Bathroom perhaps a bit too small, but not really inconvenient. A good shower was in it, however, not in a separately closed-off compartment.
Review 2：Cute rooms, suitably air-conditioned, enough space for all clothes & things, safe included, enough hangers (finally!), amazing breakfast buffet, beautiful front garden, easy-to-rent bicycles (which one can really use well in Forte dei Marmi and Cinquale), only a minute away from the very center of Cinquale offering a number of shops, bars and restaurants, quite close to the beach... and very, very friendly staff! That's how warm Italian hospitality feels! Great value for money!
Review 3：Tutto perfetto, i proprietari sono persone squisite, le stanze arredate con gusto e pulitissime (la mia aveva anche il balcone!). Colazione abbondante con frutta fresca e dolci fatti in casa. Posizione ottimale, a due passi dal mare e dalla piazzetta di Cinquale.

Review 8：Hotel Manuela is a gem! It is owned and run extremely well by a delightful italian family of 3 generations. The grandma is the cook and she prepares wonderful home cooked cakes and meals. The owners 20 year old daughter speaks English well and acted as an interpreter for us and her parents. We learnt a little more Italian and the family learnt a little more English. It all worked extremely well. The family and staff made us feel so welcome that we felt like we were 'at home'. The hotel was spotless, the food abundant and of the highest quality and rooms were fresh with good quality linen, towels and products. The owners and staff were delightful and went out of their way to help us and ensure that our stay was wonderful. There was a lovely, well maintained garden and sitting area where you could simply relax. It was also a wonderful place to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee which the staff would serve to you at any time for a small charge. This made up for not having coffee/tea making facilities in the room. We will certainly be recommending this hotel to our friends and family who wish to explore the Massa, Cinquale, Forte Dei Marmi areas of Italy. The hotel supplied well maintained bikes for only 5€ per day and these were terrific for exploring the area. A fantastic place to stay and excellent value for money.
