Review 1：Staff very rude and not helpful at all. I booked a double deluxe room but they gave me a standard room which was very dirty (the sheets were used) when I complained about dirtiness they changed my room and this time they gave me the double deluxe (which obviously was available). Wifi was not working. During the morning they rang us four times from the reception so we couldn`t sleep well. The window of the room was broken and you could hear all traffic noise. In summary very bad hotel and quite expensive.

Review 12：I would like to say that the bathroom was not very clean and the toilet paper ran out. The system of having an electric water heater in the bathroom somewhat dangerous. on checking out early for a train at 6am we found the desk clerk rather sullen and unhelpful. In tried to pay with my credit card and although the pin number went through ok the transaction did not work. I think something wrong with the hotel end not me.
