Review 1：The rooms have a kitchen but zero equipment. If you ask for kitchen set you get very basic plate, bowl, cutlery, saucepan and frying pan. Nothing else useful like chopping knife, peeler, spatula, tin opener. I wanted kitchen to cook for kids but very limited. No hand towels, only bath towels. These were stained and old although fresh everyday. Ground floor room convenient for pool but very dark downstairs in day We had own transport so ok but would be frustrating without it as not much nearby.

Review 7：The location is quite far from food center and entertainment. Even though I rented a car, the isolated place made me reluctant to go anywhere. If I may give a suggestion, please give the guests a complete kitchen utensils without having to request them first. Also, some of the towels had holes on them, so maybe it's time to upgrade all room amenities

Review 11：We absolutely loved our stay at Pandawa All suite hotel. Everyone was perfect. From the moment we met Denny at the airport we were looked after. The hotel is in Umalas which next to Seminyak and the hotel offer a free shuttle bus daily. You can easily get a taxi for cheap too. The room was lovely very comfortable beds and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The pool is lovely and all the facilities are well looked after they also have an amazing spa. The best part is the restaurant where the staff are so attentive and efficient. I suffer from a nut allergy and this was all accommodated to which made me feel very at ease as it can be a difficult problem to have when eating in Indonesia. They even had my own menu made and completely took care of me. The food is so delicious and presented expertly. All the staff are always smiling and happy to help. We were sad to leave Panawa all suite as we felt so at home and welcome. I highly recommend this little gem and hope they have a successful business. It might not be in the centre but trust it is so quiet and peaceful it is worth it. Nothing was ever a problem for the staff. I spoke to them a lot via email prior to my visit and they were always prompt on their response. Wish them all the best and we will definitely return on our next Bali trip! Thank you so much!

Review 14：The hotel provides a 'kitchen pack' - I got 2 plates, 2 mugs, 2 spoons, 2 forks, 1 pot, 1 frying pan and a wooden spoon. There was nothing else at all - very poor compared to other self-catering places. The suite, and especially the kitchen sink area smelt like sewage. The suite is very dark in the daytime. You could not take your own drinks by the pool despite it being a 'suite hotel. Restaurant menu was a bit limited and overpriced for Bali. The cleaners came everyday but they didn't mop around the toilet properly.

Review 26：Booked a pool view room, got a room with a view of a concrete roof. The receptionreception staff, excluding a young girl, were rude and abrupt. Shuttle bus didn't run most days and we were offered a taxi at our own expense. Toilets backed up, mini bar wasn't restocked and the showers didn't work properly (build up made them spray every direction).

Review 38：Had 2 tries at breakfast but the food is inedible. Raw bacon and everything stone cold. Tried western and Indonesian food twice at the restaurant. Also awful so abandoned the hotel food. Kitchen sink has not been fitted correctly causing a smell of raw sewage in the room. Made a temporary repair with shopping bags and packaging tape. Bali plumbing is often amusing but this is a serious health risk and should be addressed immediately. Had some language problems at the front desk as many check in staff have no English. We were the only 2 guests checking out but it still took 30 minutes.

Review 43：The rooms are just beautiful. The decor, the build quality, the cleanliness - they even smell like luxury. Having two bathrooms is certainly a bonus with three people in the apartment. Their breakfast buffet will only have a few selections each day, but they vary day by day and the quality is very good. Affordable room service menu with a varied international selection of tasty food. The staff is wonderful, when we came back for our second visit, they remembered my daughters name, and she even took a liking to them. I like to have variety in where we stay when we come back to places, but it is only the Pandawa for me when in Bali from now on!

Review 45：The location was good - 10 minutes by taxi or the hotel's shuttle to Seminyak close enough but not in the middle of the party zone. There are also various restaurants and a corner shop within walking distance of the hotel. Staff were very friendly and eager to please. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds.

The write up of room said it had a fully equipped kitchen, this was untrue as there was not one pot or plate in sight, also no tea towel or cloth for general tidy. There was no rubbish bin and when we tried to use the gas element we realised it was not even connected and had no gas bottle ! Funny smell in upstairs bathroom. Very large pillows not comfortable for sleep.
