Review 1：The hotel is close to the sea. You meet ,a good accepting hostess, who will give you all the necessary information about the trips you can make near by.In the morning you are invited to a tasty variable breakfast, The rooms are clean, everything is tidy and pleasant.

Review 2：No clothes or dishwashing liquid to wash up with. Was looking forward to relaxing by the pool but it wasnt clean.

Review 3：The apartment was a good size. It had a Balcony to sit and have a few drinks on. Close walking distance to supermarket, beach and main centre of a small town.

Review 4：Rooms on the front overlooking the local road can be a bit noisy, but there are bo noisy motorbikes like you get in Italy !

Review 5：The location is ideal, being just a couple of minutes walk from the town center. The resort has many incredible restaurants providing freshly cooked Greek food. Not a single Fast Food outlet in the whole town. The town itself has a number of supermarkets, and for the ladies, some fantastic jewellery shops. The manager of the hotel, Voula is so helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She helped us a lot with our days out to the local towns and places of interest.

Review 6：All was good except the beds were hard as a rock, the kitchenette was very basic and the pool was freezing (I only went in once as I couldn't cope with it being so cold). Also, it would have been good to be able to order light meals or snacks and a better variety of beverage at the poolside bar.

Review 7：All staff were friendly and eager to please. Voula is on hand to advise on trips, transport or anything else for that matter. The hotel was kept clean and tidy throughout. It's in a great position, close to shops, restaurants, beach and bus route sound the island.

Review 9：Staff, help getting the room we wanted, bed linen and towels changed every two or three days. Room cleaned everyday bar Sunday and well done.

Review 11：Perfect Location, few minutes walk to one of the beaches in Crete! Studio Apartment was small but had all we need. Mattress was a bit uncomfortable but managed to sleep :) Village is very peaceful and relaxing with lots of restaurants and bars

Review 14：The attitude and approach of the Manager. "This is what you booked. Take it or leave it". She only considered changing the room to another, only when I repeatedly asked and insisted to have the Greek Tourist Organisation informed about this extraordinary out of specs room and also asked for the telephone number of the Tourist Police. It was a very sad affair to have somebody telling you that this is what has been decided for you in a very rude manner. Such a shame for the trying of the Tourist Industry in Greece. It was a let down. By the way, the new room we were finally given, also had another balcony door (of the two) without shutters! The bedroom however did have a door to keep the light out...The place needs urgentrepairs to bring it up to speed.
