Review 1：Room old, depressing and not very clean. Stains on bedspread. Bathroom smelled of sewerage. Shower was 70cm x 70cm. Tv was always cutting out. Tried to dial Australia, line cut out. Even the locals were surprised we stayed there.

Review 3：Literally, No staff around after check in for any assistance or through out the night. There was free wifi but we not given access code. All copies of our documents were unsecured, we found just laying on the desk !!! The breakfast was fair but the coffee was cold the bread stale.

Review 10：The staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful, apart from Claudio who did his best to understand English. Why work in the hospitality business if you view your guests as an inconvenience? Calling a guest "idioto" under your breath is totally unacceptable, how are they supposed to know where to sit in the restaurant if you can't be bothered to show them to a table?

Review 12：The staff in the dining area were miserable & abusive I was actually called idioto because I used the allocated breakfast table & on the day it had been set up for lunch even though we hadn't had breakfast A smile occasionally would have been nice All other staff were friendly & helpful so overall a pleasant stay
