Review 1：None. Upper guests a bit noisy in the afternoon, when children were sleeping.
Review 2：Very helpful, lovely host. Comfortable, a bit old fashioned (80ies) interior. Really close to the beach (70 meters), in a quiet, peaceful street. Quiet nights.Great value for money. Really liked the arrangement of the beds, all four of us could sleep in the bedroom (toddler with us in the really big bed). Would definitely come here next time too.
Review 3：Apartment is situated in a very quiet and safe street, 3 minutes walk from the clean and nice beach. The parking place is in front of the apartment. Restaurant, bars and shops available on the beach. Change of EUR-KUNA possible in the centre and in restaurants as well. The house lady was very nice, always ready to help. She was available almost all the time, but not annoying or disturbing us. The trip to Plitvice lakes took us 2 hours 20 minutes by car (avoiding highways). We actually decided to stay one night longer than we planned, there was no problem to manage this with the apartment owner. If you ask where to go, I can recommend Povljana and apartment Ivana. I think you will not find better price/quality combination than this.
