Review 1：cleanliness is not up to expectation, the floor are very dusty upon check in

Review 3：1. Villa had a bad sewage smell and when we complained although the staff came to check but they couldn't figure out the issue and just used a room freshner which wasn't really helpful and asked us to cope with it until next day when the manager arrives to complain about it. In the end instead of 5 night we spoke to the manager and vacated the villa in just 1 night as they couldn't resolve issue. 2. Villa claims to provide free shuttle service to legian and seminyak under facilities. However when we asked they initially told us that it's only available for drop off and no return pick up is available which I was fine with but when I requested for a shuttle initially they gave me excuse that there is no car when it was standing right in front me.. Upon insisting further they told me no drop off is provided part of facilities. I had to literally open and show them on website and voucher that it is listed to which staff told me that they provide shuttle only to seminyak by now I was frustrated so told them just book me a taxi. I had to wait for 20 mins after all the above hassle without any transport. In the end the same staff came and told me we will drop you to seminyak and used the car which was already there. 3. Wifi literally disconnects very often and signal quality is very bad. Very disappointed with this villa as I had to literally pay for 1 day to sleep in sewage smell and waste almost the entire next day in booking new accommodation and shifting plus spending extra money on transport

Review 5：Breakfast on first morning was over 45mins late (we ordered for 9am). We had also ordered a taxi for 10am to take us out, so we had to eat in a hurry. Massage for second day was also late when the brochure said they would come to set up 15mins before appointment time-they came 15mins after. Although staff gave us the wifi password, we could not get onto the network at all.

Review 21：chemicals added to our pool on the second day stopped everyone swimming as it stung your skin. We chose here for new years being out of the main center. But the fireworks being set off in front of the villas was like a war zone. They seemed to have as many as Sydney and just as big. Not just boom but kaboom and super kaboom which set of car alarms and would have been scary with small children.
