Review 1：Fantastic location, right in the middle of the old town so didn't have to walk anywhere. Close distance to the fortress and many shops and tavernas. The room was gorgeous, really comfortable bed and amazing shower, which was just bliss after some of the others we had experienced!! Loved this place, more expensive than others but definitely worth it.

Review 11：I think some kind of room or pool side service would have been nice but not a big deal. Breakfast is not included - but there is an ok café out the front that served breakfast. The AC was a bit uncomfortable - we couldn't get the right setting and we were either too hot or too cold. But these were all minor things - overall we were really happy!
Review 12：The hotel looks lovely and the pool area was a relaxing oasis. The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the old town with lots of shops and cafes. Our room was really nice and quiet - bathroom good - shower was good. Cleaned every day.

Review 15：A balcony would have been nice. Swimmingpool a bit small but having the beach so close it doesn´t really matter. A tiny bit of smell of humidity in the room but there was a machine sorting that out. WIFI signal was almost non existent in that room which was a bit of a shame.

Review 18：The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. The location was good, central, but quite and away from the main tourist strip which was a bonus. The terrace was great as my baby could play freely. It was a relaxing place to stay.

Review 27：If you want a hotel in the centre of the town the location was excellent. It was in the centre of the shops and restaurants, and near to the sea front. Because it was in a side street there was no street noise. The fixtures and fittings were of good quality. Nice hotel.

Review 31：We did not like that there is not 'on site' parking because no cars are allowed in Old Town, however, the owner gave us very good instructions where to park at a public lot (Municipal Gardens), that was a very short walk to the hotel...and easy directions to find the hotel. It was less than a 5 minute walk from the parking lot to the hotel.

Review 35：Some rooms are unusual with beds on mezzanine. Not all bed areas have a window or if they do it is a very small one. Suites are fairly spacious but unusually, ours did not have a balcony, though I think some do.

Review 43：Pepi's Studio is really well located if you're visiting Rethymnon. It is in the old part of the city but in a really quiet spot. There's a pool area and just outside the hotel is a cafe where you can have a drink or breakfast. Our room was so dark that when we woke we thought it was 6am and then heard the church bells ringing 9 o'clock. We loved the city as well. We recommend having breakfast at Stella's close by. The room is a good size with a kitchenette and the shower was good with really soft towels, luxury! Also you are given a pair of slippers which was a nice touch.

Review 46：Minor faults with the room could not be fixed during the week - at start of season all should be working well. Some basic equipment for cooking was lacking - e.g. no veg knife or scissors. No sunlight in room at any time. Window in bedroom was right by pillows so created a draft if kept open.

Review 49：As a place, it had a really relaxed feel. You could sit outside your door or downstairs by the pool or on the chairs and really relax. It is also right in the centre of the old town - useful for shopping and not too far from a good beach either (15-20 minutes) The bar round the front was pleasantly busy and the appartment staff were helpful. There was always someone there to help Just a small thing - could have used a few more knives or cutlery in the kitchen

Review 58：The studios are in a small street in the old town and the rooms at the back are very quiet. The pool area is small and quite shady, but that means it's quiet and you get greater privacy. There are sufficient sun decks. Beach is within 10 min walk.

Review 67：Small (as usual in Greece) but clean modern bathrooms. However ours did not have a door. Small pool (but we were aware of that). A bit problematic if you have a car since you need to walk a bit as cars are not allowed (thank God) in the old town.
Review 68：Great and cosy boutique hotel in Rethymno with very professional staff that really cares for your stay. The rooms are large, fully equipped with great modern design, and with a great garden situated (the hotel) in the middle of the old town. Recommended to all who require a high standard, fresh and clean and well-designed place to stay in the old town. Prices were also very affordable compared to other great boutique hotels in the old town (check for instance Leo which is also a fantastic hotel).

Review 75：Misleading website photo's of rooms, ie not representative of the real thing! Room 14 - right next to Bistro Cafe so was extremely noisy from 0800 to 2300. We even had a workman drilling holes in the wall between our room and the restaurant at 0800 on our last day. Also, the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke.

We booked one of the newly built studio (we received room 14) which was really comfortable and happy. Relaxed bedroom at the upper floor while kitchen and bathroom at ground floor. All kind of shops and stores just a stone's throw from your door. We enjoyed it staying there.
