Review 1:Agony started since our landing at airport when pick up cab was missing and came only after so many calls and wait of about an hour. Then the hotel was horrible. It surely not worth money I paid.

Review 3:Lack of window views from the room, an absolutely horrifically dirty mat by the bed, the facilities appear generally tired-looking with cracks and chips, non-functioning furniture doors, drawers.

Review 7:The location is very approachable as it is near the main Railway station. Local delicious food available at nearby restaurants. Nice buffet breakfast included in room tarif.

Review 8:No drinking water available, No provision for kittle, tea/coffe inside room, No Refrigerator, Pillows were pathetic. No Hot water in bathroom, Single towel for 2 people, In adequet toiletories Altough some of these items were provided after contacting at reception.

Review 34:Great and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful with many options. WiFiwas good. Room service was good. Room was clean and very big.

Review 35:We had phoned earlier to get airport pickup but no one came at the airport. We had to get a taxi and find our way to the hotel. We booked 2 deluxe rooms and only 1 of those could be considered as a deluxe.

Review 36:Breakfast buffet had a great selection and we enjoyed the breakfast choices everyday. We also had dinner every night that we were at there. The food was excellent. Rooms were clean and toiletries were supplied everyday.

Review 37:The room was not as advertised: it was smaller and shabbier - certainly not 'de luxe'. No mini-bar, to my knowledge. Restaurant staff were under-trained, under-confident, had poor communication skills and were poorly managed. I could not take advantage of the buffet breakfast because I was ill. The restaurant manager offered to serve us, but walked away mid-order and did not return. After half an hour, we retired to our room and ordered via room service. It took 50 minutes for them to deliver poached eggs on toast, welded to the plate and without the toast. By this time, I was desperate. A diabetic person on the edge of a hypo would have been in a coma in the time it took. No apology or compensation was offered for any of these shortcomings. Overall, a disappointing experience for us.

Review 38:The reception staff were polite and helpful. The bathroom was adequate and clean. The chef obviously knew how to cook. Lunch on the first day was good, and there was a good spread for breakfast. (Unfortunately, I was not able to take advantage of this.)

Review 39:Some of the staff tend to knock on your door and them just walk in without waiting for you to open it, which was weird and kind of annoying. So lock your door to avoid potentially awkward moments.
