Review 2：Vincenzo and Pedro are much more than just landlords of rooms and appartments in this wonderfull location. They are heart and soul of every day of your vacation and make you feel perfectly relaxed. Be it a dinner with Vincenzos famous "snowballs", playing guitar or singing songs together with him, you always feel being part of a family there, not just an anonymous guest in a hotel. The nearby pool, paths to explore the flora and fauna of Monte Amiata or the 5 minutes trip to Arcidosso by car for seightseeing, culture and shopping, you will not miss anything for your pleasure and your needs. You may drive 1 hour to the tirenean sea at Marina de Grosetto, visit Monte Argentario or have a short trip to Sienna and explore the Chianti, Capenti will always be your favourite place to start and come back. The climate in this region is wonderfull with warm, but not superhot days and cool nights, even in August! Enjoy!

Review 3：It is af great location. The appartements are very nice and clean. The host Vincenzo is very helpfull and if you are locky he will play some guitar for you.

Review 4：The owner was very helpful and invited us to a welcome dinner with some of the other guests. The wifi hotspot worked well. We enjoyed the nearby town. We were a little out of town and it was beautiful and peaceful among the trees.
