Review 1：We have a family room with a bunk bed which started to fall apart in the middle of the night. The bunk beds were probably suitable for young children...ours are 19 and a mature 12.....we thought we had a room which slept 4.....it did in a manner of speaking. When we arrived the person responsible couldn't find our booking. And perhaps that was the real issue, that they placed us in a room which was not suited for our booking. Also the shower was malfunctional, either we had a good stream of hot water or a poor stream of cold water...which is better? Showering was definitely a major issue. we wont stay there again. The room an upgrade and renovation...don't think the shutters have been painted since the building was constructed.
Review 2：No lift so had to carry our suitcases up 2 floors of stairs. Bathroom was a bit awkward due to placement of facilities but we managed ok. Hotel looks a bit tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint.
Review 3：Hotel pool and grounds were excellent. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning initially not working but the owner came and fixed it immediately then no problems. Nice balcony. Free on site parking.
Review 4：The only thing we regretted is that we couldn't use the pool as it only opens at 10 am. apparently the rules are very strict in Italy and without a lifeguard, no swimming is allowed.
Review 5：After reading several bad reviews on this hotel, I was hesitant to book at first. I must say that these reviews are really not justified. The property and the rooms were very clean. We stayed in a quadruple room and it had a large bathroom, high ceilings and we didn't even need the air condition as we made a good draft between the 2 windows.The bathroom was large and modern. The staff is very nice and friendly, plentiful breakfast, huge pool and the location is perfect, very close to the beach. Best of all were the free bikes that you can take to go to the beach or to follow the 15km long bike trail along the coast! I would definitely stay here again.The propoerty sits in a big park and is surrounded by trees, so you don't see the road, but if possible try to get a room that is listed as more quiet, not facing the main road.

Review 10：The hotel is located next to a small regional airport, so it was a bit noisy, but only from mid-morning. In saying that, there were very few flights/takeoffs
