Review 4：Staff are very friendly and helpful - we enjoyed the meals served at the hotel - the swimming pool and sauna provide welcome relaxation after ski-ing. Skis can be kept at the Gondola which is only a short walk away / just 1 hour transfer time from Innsbruck.
Review 5：The pool is a bit overrated - rather small, in a room without windows, and not particularly interesting for children; although there are sunbeds, it's not particularly nice to rest there. The play room was non-existing (messy and untidy).
Review 6：Very friendly and helpful staff, straigthforward also towards children! Location is top, with only a short walk to the lift! The room was great - nothing fancy, but comfortable. Cleaning lady made small "decorations", quite funny!
Review 7：They seem to attract large groups of english men (young and old) who are very loud and disruptive who treat the hotel like a boarding school. The staff tried to rein them in but not always successful.
Review 8：The location is great. We could walk from the train station to the hotel (2 blocks). Could also walk to the gondola without any problem. Lots of restaurants right outside the door. The staff was wonderfully helpful in every way!

Review 19：Although quiet and out of season, the hotel was cosy and welcoming. The room was large and comfortable with a balcony. The food was excellent and well presented, particularly dinner. I understand the chef has been there a number of years and is local and he and his staff do a great job. The reception and serving staff were extremely helpful.
Review 20：I know the hotel well from many nights spent there when skiing. My first visit in summer after an absence of 12 years. I was greated like an old friend (which I am) and had a wonderful stay.
