Apartments Lončar sells fast on our site. Only a 5-minute walk away from the beach, Apartments Lončar is set 650 feet from the centre of Gradac, on Makarska Riviera. It offers fully equipped apartments with a balcony and a sea view. Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning are provided.
All apartments are spacious and bright with a living area opening into a spacious balcony. They come with hardwood floors and comprise an equipped kitchen with a dining area. Satellite TV, a CD and a DVD player are provided for guests’ entertainment.
A shared terrace in front of the house is surrounded by olive trees. It features barbecue facilities and a seating area. Free secured private parking is possible right in front of the building.

Review 1：advantages- very sympathetic landlords who keep the place clean. During our stay host offered us fish, cake, pancakes, wines and homemade liqueurs. Clean, scented towels changed every 2 days.

Review 2：An excellent accomodation, superb hosts (thank you family Lončar for everything), beach is near by. The studio was clean, with all necessary utilities, kitchen had everything we needed (we have small child) and toilete was clean. We will definitely go again, and I deeply recommend it.

Review 7：We did not have a satnav so we struggled to locate the Apartments Loncar at first arrival ..... a local lady came to our rescue and took us to the spot. There is no signage once you enter Gradac to direct you to Loncar

Review 8：We loved the warm and welcoming reception from our most generous Host (wine and cakes after choosing which was to be our preferred choice of unit). The location was superbly elevated with generous sea and island views. The apartment was well equipped and the wifi free/fast. This was our longest 4 day stay during a 10 day tour of Dalmatia and was the best all round for accommodation. We were given more homemade wine and pancakes mid stay and even a little take home gift for our home in the UK.

Wonderful hospitable hosts treated to tasty pies, homemade wine and trvaritsa, clean room with all necessary things, good WI-FI. Convenient barbecue, parking in the shade of olive. Very clean and has everything you need for a really good vacation and relaxation near the seaside. Very near to the beach. Great view to the sea and the mountains.

Review 29：The hosts were very hospitable, showed us the way to the hotel and in the apartment we had big plate of homemade pancakes and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The apartment itself was excellent and the location is close to the beautiful beach.

The apartments are fantastic with excellent views of the sea and mountains. It is not a far walk to the beach, restaurants, and small market.

Review 31：The owners are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Parking space was provided, the accommodation was more than we expected. The place is new and clean all over. Nice garden with bench and swings and grill.... under olive trees, although we didn't hang about there much, but maybe some folks will like that. We particularly enjoyed the two balconies/terraces of which one has a great view over the town and is nice for morning/evening coffees or meals. Would love to return.

Review 32：The host family were some of the nicest folks around. They were kind enough to pick me up from and drop me off at the Gradac Bus Stop and feed me upon arrival. Beautiful touches for a weary traveler. We thoroughly enjoyed our on-the-move conversations! Wish I could have stayed longer. It's on the south end of the so-called Markaskan "Riviera" so it's not isolated but it's also far enough away from the crowded tourist areas to make you happy you chose it. The apartment was spacious with a nice layout, beautiful view from its deck and short walk to the beach. It was actually a 2BR apartment and would have been perfect for a family.
