Review 1：The bedsheet is not clean, the shower room is smelly, the hotel aren't maintenance well. The property is not in good condition. The staff is not trained very well.

The staff at reception, restaurant and housekeeping was outstanding they fulfill all my request..thanks to ms. Fadil and the other staff who give an extraordinary service while we check in..excellent service and good location right in the city center.

Review 5：Cleanliness. It is a relative new hotel but what you see often in Indonesia is that the facility goes down rapidly. The bathroom wasn't clean (hairs), the walls started to get black (fungi), wall paper comes of the wall and if they will not take immediate action and step up, this will be another hotel in Indonesia which will go down rapidly.
