Resort Alt-Ötztal sells fast on our site. Located in Sautens, situated between 7 ski resorts, this traditional alpine-style residence has apartments with a balcony with mountain views and private bathrooms with a Finnish, bio and Sole sauna.
Each apartment at the Resort Alt-Ötztal offers free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette with tea and coffee making facilities. It also has a seating area with flat-screen TV with satellite channels.
The restaurant serves traditional Austrian cuisine and a daily breakfast in the dining area. Guests can enjoy a drink at the hotel’s bar. Shops and restaurants are all within a 5-minute walk from the town centre.

Review 1：The room was comfortable,perfect clean,breakfast excelent /local products/ in my opinion.The nearest skiarea -Hochötz is 5' by car,Sölden 35' - realy good place if you don ´t want to spent vaste amount for accommodation

Review 7：Small family run hotel in the heart of one of the most beautiful valleys we have ever seen. We could have spent a month there and not done everything.

Location of my room was not good because for reaching my room I need to pass through kitchen etc. Hotel has two section, my room was at restaurant section and it is really poor when you compare with other hotels in Sautens. If you have plan to stay at this hotel, you only make reservation for the section which is showed in pictures.

Review 10：The streets leading in and out of Sautens are fairly steep, which makes walking less than ideal. Driving to the nearby towns of Oetz, Langenfeld or Sölden provides you with plenty of leisurely walking though.

Review 11：We really enjoyed being able to stay in Sautens with our 14 month old son. The appartment is on Sautens' main street, but the town is very quiet and makes for a nice and peaceful place to spend your nights (at least in september). The facilities were excellent, with plenty of room for our son to crawl around and good kitchen facilities to make our own meals.

Review 13：The apartment was great, nice log cabin with all modern fittings inside. Great views of the mountains from the balcony/table outside. Great base for all our activities-rafting/biking, canyoning 5 min drive away. Great food in the restaurant.

Review 19：Excellent location and very traditional establishment where staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed ourselves. Large apartment with everything you could think of at your disposal. It's not modern but has loads of character. Scenery from the balcony was breathtaking and enjoyed with the gratis bottle of welcoming champagne.
