Review 1：Everything about our stay was wonderful. Our host was extremely welcoming,attentative and accessable. The appartment was perfect - clean,modern, tasteful with all amenities at our disposal. The pool and surroundings exceptionally clean,well maintained and beautifully landscaped. It was tranquil and restful. Definitely recommend it to family and friends

Review 2：I have to say I didn't end up staying at Casa di Luna, however, I experienced excellent customer service having booked to stay there... The booking was via Booking.com, however, unfortunately I found out via email that I had been double booked. The email from Stamos was very apologetic and she immediately tried to find somewhere else I could stay instead. I let her know that some of my criteria weren't met by the potential new booking (I was being particularly fussy, wanting to be within walking distance of tavernas, have access to a pool, good customer reviews, near enough to the beach, and had done quite a bit of research to try to find this)... Stamos took the trouble to ring me to talk through different options - either she could offer me most of the nights at her apartments, but we would have to switch during our holiday, or she would identify somewhere else I could stay nearby. She then sent me another email of another suggested place where I could have stayed for the whole 7 days. Ultimately, due to location, I chose another apartment which I found myself but I was so so grateful to Stamos for her genuine concern that we should have a good holiday. I feel that if we had stayed with her I would have been extremely confident that any problems would have been dealt with as thoroughly and quickly as possible, and I would certainly try to stay here again if in Kefalonia.
