Review 1：The supposed King size bed was in fact 2 twins locked together. Do not like the 2 single mattresses. When I request a King Bed I expect a full size mattress also.

Review 3：- No bad Experience at all - Only WIFI is not available in the rooms but since I had 5 GB data card from A1 mobile provider in only 9.8 euros so it has not made me upset.

Review 4：-Very nice and calm resort , perfect place for holidays with family - Breakfast is excellent - rooms are with balcony and having best comfort - only 50 kms from salzburg and in the center of all nice places in salzburgland - backside view is stunning and we thoroughly enjoyed as are there wil small klids - away from big cities and crowds - SPAR big supermarket is 500 mtrs away from resort - Nice Pizza availabe in the town which is open late night also - I will definately come again to this resort

Review 5：The bed wasn't very comfortable and wasn't made up for two people to sleep together. We also would have liked access to Wifi in our room and other areas of the resort besides the immediate lobby. Abetter variety of dinner choices would have been nice.

Review 6：The staff: Peter, Katerina and Renatta went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Entire property was extremely clean and well maintained in every way! The manager came through with a great bonfire on our last night. Did I mention the view? Breathtaking. And the village of Waidring was lovely.

Review 8：The location allows several possibilities for excursions (non-ski season). The room, view, spa, pool, facilities were excellent with very helpful staff. The restaurant was great and the included breakfast was SUPERB, the best breakfast I have found. Beds were comfortable.

Review 10：The welcome and good organisation in allocating rooms quickly. The lovely big . clean, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The cuddly bathrobes.The view from the balcony is to die for. Outside the heated pool was fantastic. I loved the terraced sun areas with sun loungers. The spa and relaxation area is amazing.We were spoiled for choice at breakfast. Staff in the bar area were friendly and efficient. I loved everything.

Review 11：Everything. The rooms, restaurant, pools and sauna. The location and especially the fantastic view on our private balcony. The staff was amazing. From the reception to housekeeping and everyone else. I would stay again if I come back. Food was exceptional !!!!!!!

Review 35：This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at the Rilano and everything about the hotel from the staff, location and facilities are excellent and cannot be faulted. Breakfast was really good and the evening meals were cooked to a high standard.

Review 36：Staff spoke very little English and all brochures and hotel information was printed in German/Austrian. The restaurant only served set menus and guest who had booked half board were seated first. Having decided to eat at the hotel on our first night, having arrived at 7pm had to hang around until 9pm to eat. Would advise eating in town - lovely restaurant and pizzeria.

Review 37：Great location, 5 mins to town for restaurants and shops and 10mins to main gondola lift. Rooms were spacious with great views. Spa was excellent with great facilities. Pool was a little small and quite often taken over by children, as the hotel appeared very family friendly.

Review 39：inner pool was broken and it was not advertised. luckily, the weather was good during our stay and we didn't need it (inner+outer pool was one of main filter criteria for our selection).

Review 42：What a wonderful hotel! We stayed here at the beginning of July, a change from our usual hotel of many years. We could not have made a better choice. The hotel is in an outstanding location, with no bad views from any window. The food was good, although we only ate dinner there twice in order to take advantage of the excellent local restaurants. The hotel was definitely First Class and totally lived up to its reputation. The rooms were spacious and kept beautifully clean. The staff were brilliant, in sharp contrast to our previous hotel and they were mainly local people, always a good sign. We loved the hotel so much that I am actively trying to work out dates for another stay next month! I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone, either for a few nights or a week, like us.

Review 43：If you need Internet to run your business or just for fun, choose another hotel. The Internet is non existent, and even after speaking with Reception twice and the intervention of the provider, there was no resolution. So, if you need more than 5 minutes of internet a day, do not choose Rilano Waidring. They have promised to sort it in the future. The outdoor swimming pool is time limited, just 2 hours in the evening and 2 in the morning. This is a major downside, to try to match your schedule with the swimming pool times. Poor matress quality, I woke up with back pains every morning. Me and the wife too.

Review 44：The location is great for skiing, the breakfast was great, there is free huge parking, the SPA is great. Large recreational areas, nice outdoors swimming pool with heated water.

Review 45：Smoking allowed in the bar after 7pm. The Austrian Government has failed miserably in banning smoking in all public places resulting in most hotels adopting a confusing policy. The hotel's idea of celebrating Easter included positioning 2 live rabbits in smelly hutches inside the front entrance lobby doors - absolutely ridiculous! A larch tree covered in painted eggs would have been a lot more tasteful and in tune with Austrian traditions.

Review 46：All members of the hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful and a good level of English was spoken. The spa facilities were spotless and a pleasure to use. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide choice to suit every taste. The facilities in the bedroom were first class - the bed was very comfortable. We did not try the restaurant as only a set 5 course dinner was offered every night. The hotel is close to the centre of Waidring where there are a number of more traditional Austrian restaurants offering good local dishes, in particular The Berta near the ski lift is worth a visit especially as it has two no smoking dining areas.

Review 47：Really wonderful spa facilities. Everything worked. All of the amenities, heaters etc. Not a lightbulb was out. Price was excellent. Many excellent restaurants in the area and glad we did not get half pension. The restaurant Marciato or something close to that in St Johann was outstanding....during the week.Very close to our favorite skiing place Waidring.
