Review 1：Poor customer service (except Eva and Christina), poor dinner menu, no welcome explanation of facilities, the resort site. First impression on arrival at the gates was ruined by the rude and abrupt answer via the entry system. No minibar No room service Do not disturb ignored, then a call from reception at 10am to ask if they could clean the room...... We were sleeping!

Review 2：Stunning setting and views, fantastic architecture, site, fixtures and fittings. Eva and Christina were wonderful, happy and helpful hosts.

Review 3：When we booked the Superior room we expected it to be near the beach as advertised however its up in a forest away from the hotel reception. We had to climb a long distance of steep steps and a bridge... then some more steps to get to our bedroom everyday which became so tiresome that we could no longer be bothered to go up there so stayed out all day. We asked the manager if we could swap rooms but were told there were none available. This was particularly difficult for me as I suffer from asthma and my partner has recently had surgery in his knee. The pillows were also uncomfortably high which made it difficult to sleep. The rooms really do need a small fridge to store water as drinking warm water in the heat is pretty unpleasant.

Review 4：Breakfast was lovely with enough choices. The hotel was near the beach (depending on which room you book). Bar staff were particularly friendly and welcoming and made some lovely drinks :) The hotel was very clean, fresh towels daily and bedding was changed daily if required. Beautiful scenery, flowers, butterflies, dragonflies etc. 2x swimming pools to choose from (though one is deep). Restaurant next door is lovely - we went there nearly every night. Lots of cute kittens and cats running around and being adorable!! - though your not allowed to feed them ;) I was left a bottle of wine with a happy birthday note in the bedroom on my birthday which was very nice!! Plenty of sunbeds - the swimming pool was empty most of the time so it's as though you have the place to yourself most of the time! Will visit again as the hotel made the trip that extra bit special :)

Review 5：We were told we hadn't paid on arrival and if we hadn't insisted they check again (twice in fact), they would have taken another thousand pounds from us. Our room wasn't finished, with no TV or fridge (which was a particular nuisance in such a hot climate). The wifi wasn't accessible at all in our part of the hotel.

Review 6：The hotel was very relaxed and in a great location close to the beach. Staff were very affable and amenable.

Review 7：The location is south of the island so I would recommend hiring a car for a few days so that you can go and visit the beautiful villages of Assos and Fiskardo in the North, and the best beaches on the island - Petani, Mrytos and Mounda Bay. We used a company called First Class Travel and the hotel reception helped us with the booking which was great.

Review 8：Absolutely beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly staff - Eva, Nikos and Anastasia looked after us exceptionally well. We stayed in a superior retreat room (#73) for 1 week and it was fantastic. Very spacious and clean. The pool(s) and bar area have the most amazing views and there is a fully equipped outdoor gym too which makes working out a bit more pleasurable! The owner and his family have taken a lot of pride into making this hotel what it is, a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend especially for couples!

Review 11：Lourdas is a little isolated so maybe a car advisable to see the island. Or just chill!!

Review 12：Great location only 50 metres to the beach. Nice pool area with good snacks and drinks. Penthouse particularly spacious with large balcony and good sea views. In mid May it's fairly quiet.
