Review 3：I have always wanted to spend a Christmas in a small Austrian Villageand our family loves to ski. We were pleased on all accounts. The churchacross the road was beautiful with the bells ringing out. Snow was lightthis year so the only resort open for Christmas was Fellhorn which has agondola 500 feet away. Marion is the owner manager and she isoutstanding. We loved it!

Review 15：The staff appeared rather incompetent. First, it seemed kind of a problem that I wanted to leave very early the next day and so liked to pay for my room the evening before, which shouldn't be a problem at all. Second, they couldn't figure out if my payment was already made, so they just charged my credit card again and asked me to check my bill to see if the payment was made twice. I would accept such things in a very cheap and run-down backpacker hostel, but not in a self-proclaimed "Wellness-Resort" which costs this sum of money per night.
Review 16：The staff were friendly and the location near the ski lift was excellent. Breakfast was good and dinner in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive. The beds were comfortable.
