Review 1：Internet in the room only via cable, wifi just in the reception area.

Review 2：Beautiful place, kind and helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner. Nice pool area. 20 mins by bus from Rethymno, and there is a bus stop also close to the hotel. We had a really great and relaxing holiday here, could stay much longer.

Review 3：The most uncomfortable hotel bed we have ever had. Absolutely terrible. The listing also said free wifi in rooms, this was false. Only wifi in lobby and po area. Extremely frustrating. Also, our room was above a chicken coop and we were told it was part of the ambiance. We asked to move rooms and they refused. Very disappointing stay. Also, breakfast was a huge disappointment every day. We were half board so breakfast and dinner included. Not worth it, preferred eating at local restaurants.

Review 4：Pool was good. This hotel is beachfront, but Beach wasn't easily accessible and rocky. Not a sandy beach.

Review 6：The staff were very friendly and made an effort to make our stay very personal. We met some very nice people, particularly the staff who embodied everything good about the hotel. The hotel was quiet during the day very peaceful, with lovely plants and layout was well designed. Surrounding area felt very safe. Exceptionally clean in all regards.

Review 7：We stayed under the pool and sometimes sun beds were moved by people which disturbed at night For those who take half board - you will need about 20 minutes to walk to the nearest taverna -may be rather tiring -take a car or all inclusive. Beach-not a best one for small children-almost no sand and have to walk on a wooden bridge. There are some children though.

Review 8：Great hotel which overcome all my expectations! Food is fantastic, all employees -reception, waitresses, room ladies, gardner and others are very responsive, clean rooms, bed linen is changed each 2 days, towels-every day, beach is cleaned and washed everyday, territory of the hotel is all in flowers, very quite and relaxing atmosphere with little animation. Family rooms are very good.

Review 9：A/C poor Beds uncomfotable Lack of high chairs for infants in restaurant. Limited places to walk TV had only news channels in English Staff over worked and unable to help with acquiring high chairs for meals. Nearest shops and restaurants 15 min walk on poorly lit road in evening.Entertainment for under 4 year olds non existant.

Review 11：The food taste horrible. Note that this is an All Inclusive hotel, not a Full Board. (We cancelled our booking and left the place after one day because of the food.) The shared pool was dirty (with black stripes along the walls showing that cleaning is not a high priority)

Review 15：We really liked how all things are organized in Hydramis. Good work! Can't agree it's focussed on certain nationality / nationalities, it's friendly for all: who travelled as a young couple, in groups or with kids, who is retired or with some disabilities. All staff understand English / German / French and even simple Russian words. For those who decided to rent a car, it's good place to visit Chania (50 km), Rethimnon (20 km), Samaria National park / Mountains (100 km) or to visit another (southern) side of the island from Hora Sfakion to Plakias (100 - 150 km) and come back the same day.

Review 16：No wifi in rooms, the cable Internet at the room worked poor and we didn't use that at last, for tips servants will be more friendly, dinner ending was at 9 pm (it was early for us), one pool (no big), a little seafoods, towels have been changed only once for 9 days (we didn't ask specially to change).

Review 17：Good entry to the sea through wood steps, we have the quite room with a nice view on the mountains and a liitle bit sea (we booked a sea side room), close to the Poseidon beach (9km sand amazing beach) by the car, good location to traveling to Chania and Rethymno.

Review 18：The place can be difficult for those without a car, unless you do not get out of the hotel. There is only wifi in the reception. We had to pay some suplement to use the safe.

Review 19：It is an excellent place for families that wish to have an "all included" vacation. There is a good swimming pool next to the beach, and the hotel has an interesting layout that allows a loud beach party and a quiet piano bar both in open air. The food is OK, a bit repetitive. Our room was spacious, airy and comfortable, with side views of the sea.

Review 20：Value for money does not meet the level of the hotel. internet doesnt work in the room. Technician couldnt restore the damage. We asked for a double bed and they didnt offer it. Notice that only few rooms have a double bed. Μuch noise in the room from the lawnmower. All summer is windy and you can not swim in the sea. Constantly there was red flags.
