Review 1：I had a bit of miss communication with the staff, so they didn't pick us up at the strain station, but we managed arrived at the guest house. Two of the staff (I forget their name, but they send us on our way to check out at 5 AM) not speaking English well, so we have to always repeat our explanation. But they have this wonderful guide, Mr. Ram, that know everything about Taj Mahal. So that was a plus. And I also had a feeling they're a little bit 'pushy' when offering their tour package, or tuktuk rent. But we also can manage this thing.

Review 2：The location is really near one of the gate of Taj Mahal. Its a guest house, so you really get the home feeling instead of hotel. It also near one of the small mall where they have McDonalds. So when you really tired eat all the Indian food, it was really a heaven just to eat french fries.

Review 3：Extremely friendly and kind Staff! My special thanks to Rajiv who was always so kind and helpful, as well as to Vishal the manager and Mr Ram who made us feel at home :-). I would definitely stay there again!

Review 7：First of all Mr. Ram who is the owner and his attitude. Excellent. Thisis a Home Stay. The meaning of Home Stay is enjoying good property atreasonable rate. You can’t expect immediate service but u can expectvery good planned service. E.G. if you order tea you will get it as youget it at your house. They will prepare it and will deliver it to you.You can’t expect everything to be ready like in big hotels. So orderanything in planned way and you will like it 100% If you are reallylooking for home stay then just book this. Location, service and food isexcellent if you compare any other home stay. Good value for your money.

Review 8：Great hotel.It came with a great price and in return for the price the place gave me a good accommodation. The location is close to Taj Mahal and adjacent attractions. Food is also good. The owner is pretty good with information around the city too.

Review 9：Nice location, only about a kilometer away from Taj mahal, just next to Kalakriti where you can enjoy cultural programme in the evening. We were in a superior room that was clean and cozy.

Review 11：We found this hotel by chance. We stayed because it looked so fabulous and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel is well decorated with good amenities, Wi Fi connectivity in all the hotel area. The meal was Indian and excellent . Review 20：Although our first room looked clean initially, upon inspection of the sheets we found some kind of poop (mice? Cockroach?) on both pillows. The man working there wiped it off the pillows as a solution. We then looked at the mattress and found a large hole which something obviously burrowed inside. At that point we insisted a new room, which they accommodated. The new room wasn't as clean as the first one had appeared but didn't seem to have anything living it.

The reception staff at night is not a good person for customer dealings.According to our request the owner asked the night receptionist to give us a wake up call at 4.30 am.But he failed to give a wake up call and found him sleeping when we leave the hotel at 5.15 am.

Review 44：Sheets, bathroom and pillows were dirty. The staff was so insisting that made us feel uncomfortable, knocking on our door (and even trying to get in our room) to ask if we were going to have breakfast or had lunch there, if we were going to need a rickshaw later, etc.

Review 48：The sheets had stains, the bathroom smelled bad, the water was not really warm, there were a lot of mosquitos, the room was not clean at all. If you are Budget traveller the room might be ok but if you want a clean room dont book anything below 4 or 5 star category. It Was one of the worst hotels i ever stayed in!

Review 60：Great staff, very helpful in finding us a tuk-tuk and recommending restaurants and sites to visit. Located close to Taj Mahal (we walked, 15-20 min.) Free wi-fi that worked well. Tasty breakfast (included) and the hotel restaurant had a delicious dinner as well (not included, but cheap.) Definitely a great place for the price, which is much lower than other hotels in the area.

Review 66：When we arrived in Agra, we were welcomed very friendly. However we were directed to another place of the 'same owner'. 'A new hotel...' We were literally pushed back in our car, told that it was just a short drive away, that it was a much better place, etc. We explained to this ‘manager’ that we didn’t want to go there and we just wanted to stay in the DolhInn as we had booked, but he did not listen. He didn’t confirm or deny if the DolphInn was overbooked or so, he kept on repeating that we should listen to him as he wants the best for us, blabla… We checked the (indeed bright new) hotel and we decided to just stay over here. I think it was approx. 2 km further up the same road. So in the end, all was fine with us. However, we weren’t really happy with this guy pushing us. If the DolhInn was full (which I doubt) , why accept the booking? I think he should realise that guests don’t like it to be treated this way. Therefore I won’t recommend this place (as it seems you are not sure if you will end up in the place as booked).

Review 67：While the guide was very good, his itinerary for us also included visits to pre-selected local vendors (rings, carpets and inlayed-marble creations) that were big sales pitches. Each of these places were pretty interesting because they gave you a lot of information about local products and how they are made, but then there was the sales-push you had to overcome. Of course, if you can afford these items, I'm sure the prices are significantly lower than what you'd find elsewhere. In that regard, this might be a plus for some travelers.

Review 68：As Americans travelling to India for the 1st time, we were exceedingly impressed with everyone at the DolphInn. They were very flexible with any situation that arose and very anxious to provide excellent customer service. Their location is VERY close to the Taj Mahal and they provided an excellent English-speaking guide that accompanied us to the Taj Mahal and Fort Agra. I highly suggest seeing these monuments with a trained guide as otherwise we would have missed so much about these sites. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Review 69：Too much attention - there are no a lot of people and the other side of this fact is too much attention to you - we couldn't have dinner without asking us every five minutes "Do you want something else?" Price of restorant - it's too expensive, specially for India. Breakfast - it's included in the rate of room and it's like buffet, but, firstly, there are no a lot of items on it, and secondly, it was feelings like the staff of the hotel looked after the amount of your eating food. Слишком много внимания - в отеле мало людей, и обратная сторона этого - это пристальное внимание к твоей персоне. Мы не могли нормально поужинать без вопроса, каждые 5 минут, надо ли нам что-то ещё. Запредельные цены в ресторане - по меркам Индии это очень дорогой ресторан, и непонятно, как он оказался в отеле в 2 звезды. Завтрак - завтрак включен в стоимость номера, это должен был быть аналог шведского стола, но на нем вы не найдете особого разнообразия (и даже чай, кофе и сок в ограниченном количестве), но самое ужасное то, что персонал постоянно смотрит тебе в рот и складывается ощущение, что они следят за тем, чтобы ты не съел больше, чем тебе причитается.

Review 70：Location - it's real near to Taj Mahal Hotel - it's small, there are no a lot of peaple there, they have a small pleasant garden. Room - it's quite comfortable, specially for the 2 star hotel. English-speaking guide (he accompanied us to Taj Mahal) - he was an indian, but his English is good. Расположение - отель находится реально не очень далеко от Тадж Махала. Сам отель - он маленький, буквально 8 номеров, там нет большого количества людей, есть небольшой уютный садик. Номер - чистый, приятный и уютный, особенно для отеля в 2 звезды. Англоговорящий гид, который сопровождал нас в Тадж Махал - с хорошим английским, очень приятный мужчина.

Review 73：It was a shame that the guide they organised took us for a commission-driven tour of the city and tried to scam us every step of the way, and the other staff at the hotel were loud all night long which made it hard to sleep, and expected tips for everything which was very annoying.
