Review 1：Just feed back, due to storm there was a power cut' 2/3 hours, and it was every man for himself, help from staff would have been appreciated, things like just giving out candle/torches,but other than that can't fault garbis

Review 6：Lovely setting overlooking Zante and the Lourdas beaches. Mrs Irene was a wonderful welcoming hostess and served drinks and delicious homemade cakes both on arrival and departure! Garbis Villas are delightful and very reasonably priced and I would definitely stay there again.

Review 7：Had initial problem with hot water however Irene dealt with this very quickly and efficiently. The bathroom is very small in relation to the overall apartment size... Feet in the shower whilst sat on the toilet!! Not a massive issue but could have been better designed.

Review 8：Amazing views, quiet location but still only a short walk from centre of the village. Spacious room with separate hall/kitchen area. Welcome drinks and snacks in the room and small details like a tea towel, washing up liquid and pool towels included.

Review 9：Amazing place with spectacular view of the sea from huge balcony. The pool area is great for relaxing. Short distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Ms Irene is wonderfull host, she baked very tasty cookies for us, for farewell. We will definitely come again.

Review 10：It was a little bit difficult to find the place, because of our navegation system. But if you reach Lourdas village there are few signs to find Garbis. The bed is a little bit hard to our liking, but not unconfortable. The bathroom is quite small.

Review 11：The owner was very kind and attention, trying to make everything more confortable. The swimming pool is very nice and the view is amazing from the hill to Lourdas beach. There are supermarket and nice restaurants in walking distance, but you need to walk in an ascent. We were in the farest room to the wifi connection and it worked quite ok. Air-conditiong worked very nice as well. You really need a car in Kefalonia to enjoy the beaches, and it is really worthy.

Review 13：Everything was great! The view from the room is beautiful and it seems that you are just in the sea! Irene,the honer,is a fantastic person and she cares about you and about your comfort all the time. A wonderful place where you can relax without any noise and from here you can arrive at the most beautiful places of the island in a short time.

Review 15：I liked the whole place it was the perfect place for a real relaxing holiday. The owner and staff left us to enjoy our break and yet we knew we could call on them for support if required. Perfect.

Review 16：The best thing about the hotel is how welcoming and helpful Mrs Irene, the owner, was - she met me when I arrived from a late flight and showed me around, and she lives on site so she was easily accessible if needed. She also has a deal where you can pay 15 euros to stay as long as you like past check out time on your last day - very handy if you have a late flight home!The location of the hotel was perfect - it's set in a quiet village with a few shops and restaurants, and amazing views down to the sea. The hotel is small but with good facilities, including a nice (and very clean) pool.

Review 19：Swimming time restrictions 9 to 8:30 pm. Would be better if it was 8:30 to 9 pm. Also incredibly quiet in the resort, while this is peaceful, it did make us feel slightly like children were happy to be seen but not heard but this could just be our perception.

Review 20：Beautiful pool and well tended garden. Great views across the bay. Room size was sufficient for 3 of us. Nice private balcony. Location good for Lourdes beach and exploring the island (car essential).

Review 21：Kitchen utensils very basic need a sharp knife for cutting fruit etc and a teapot would be a lovely touch. Trees spoil the view for all the downstairs apartments would be great to have then cut down to a smaller size

Review 22：Location walk down to the beach is lovely if a little steep on the way back however this all adds to the charm of the place . Ireni is a welcoming host and Alexandre works very hard is ensuring all is clean would have been nice to see one of the sons helping out with theology cleaning not really a ladies job

Review 23：Accommodation was first class. Two bedroom villa was superb. Very clean. The towels were changed regularly and bed linen also. Swimming pool was lovely. The standard of cleanliness was first class.

Review 26：The property is much further away from the beach than the 50m stated in the ad. A double bed would have been nice for our honeymoon but no matter - we managed to squash into one of the two singles pushed together!

Review 27：The villas and surrounding grounds are superb. Rooms are large, and extremely clean, and furnished to a high standard. The views are spectacular from the property.We were on honeymoon and were made to feel very special by the owner, Irene and her staff.

Review 30：We were so happy with our stay at Garbis Villas. The location was great, view was breathtaking and the place was so comfortable and with a very positive atmosphere. Owner Irene was so friendly, welcoming and helpful with everything we needed! Little village valchata was close to the hotel so we had easy access to supermarkets and tavernas, even though we didn't have a car. We loved spending our days relaxing by the pool overlooking the view of lourdhas beach!

Review 31：the location was too quiet for me. I went with my friend and we wasn't looking for nightclubs but a bar with music would have been nice. Very much couples everywhere and nothing else. We had to ask twice for new toilet rolls, and we had a bathroom mat for 2 days only then it went again. No mop for bathroom which was needed, and the shower curtain hugged you constantly.

Review 36：The position of the villas offers fantastic views and each apartment is well planned and immaculately clean. The pool area is great for relaxing and it is only a short distance to the beach. The village offers lots of choices for eating out and supermarkets for those eating in. A car to explore the island would be worthwhile.

Review 38：We have just returned from Greece. Everything was absolutely perfect at the Garbis Villas! The Garbis family is lovely and extremely helpful. We already miss Irene and her sons & daughter a lot! The villas have a great location overlooking the beach. The pool is great. The place is full of positive energy. We loved every single minute we spent in the Garbis and for sure we will come back. The only question is if we can do it this year or have to wait until the next year!

Review 71：(1) Apartment 22 lacked privacy, being at pool-side. (2) The apartment's sitting room was dark and clostrophobic due to the inadequate window area so we never sat in it.

Review 73：A car is needed to get to the beaches unless you are quite fit. There were a lot of wasps which was a problem when eating at breakfast and lunchtime. Once we realised that burning ground coffee significantly reduced reduced thenproblem all was okay.Having spoken to regular visitors it appears that 2013 was particularly bad for the wasps

Irene who is one of the Garbis family is charming, helpfull and very friendly. Accommodation is comfortable and close to the pool.
