Reviews for Hotel Boutique Alma
Review 1:Was very cold and humid, all the clothes in the suitcase was humid after only 1 night. Room had a smell. Breakfast was ok, but I saw several dirty glasses with old lipstick among the clean ones.
Review 2:The hotel was close to the center, it's not expensive, that's true, but not really very cosy. Design is cute, probably during the hot season it's ok
Review 3:Breakfast wasn't up to an Israeli hotel breakfast but adequate. The bathroom could have had bar to get out of shower. And better set up in shower. This could be for any type of guest.
Review 4:The staff was very helpful and supportive especially that I was disabled. Also when we had no electricity for a few hours one day housekeeper asked me if I needed help going down the flight of stairs. Stayed in bigger hotels and staff wasn't as caring.
Review 5:modest but clean hotel; pleasant staff
Review 6:Great location near the beach and the main city square. Excellent kosher restaurant attached to the hotel with special deal for hotel guests.
Review 7:The evening desk person was inexperienced and gave me a hard time for making an adjustment to my reservation. But he was new to the job.
Review 8:The location, and the owner was on site to help with check out
Review 9:Good have more space for toiletries in bathroom, more hooks, and better armoire conditions for hanging clothes.
Review 10:Staff was always cheerful and helpful, nice atmosphere for breakfast, pricing was very reasonable and good value for money. Liked having a fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room.
Review 11:Walls were a bit thin...
Review 12:Very cute, personal hotel. Had a very boutique, French feeling that made it seem more like a vacation. Very clean, good service and breakfast.
Review 13:Room (even suite) was not clean at all. Bathroom was not properly and used!!! towels hanged at the sink! Aircondition did not work/heat and nobody repaired it... Breakfast was cold with poor choose in a bakery (extra and good things had to be bought). Staff was extremely unfriendly, even rude (barely returned greetings).
Review 14:Nothing...
Review 15:When we arrived, there was water on the bathroom floor and the room smelt like cats. This was 10:30pm, and the night receptionist was unable to do anything immediately; changing hotels would have been expensive; however, the room was clean and well-sorted, and we decided to stay that night. The manager was very helpful in the morning and dealt with our problems by upgrading us to a suite - this room was way better.
Review 16:My wife loved that there was an electric outlet by the mirror so she could dry her hair - v.important! We had an upgraded suite, so microwave, kitchen, fridge, etc. Manager was very helpful, esp.re parking issues. Room very clean and good size for a boutique hotel. Breakfast only adequate; out of yoghurt for most of our stay, but we managed.
Review 17:One bathroom for the 2 bed suite Shower - v poor, flooded the bathroom, v small Towels - the worst I've seen in a hotel Breakfast - dismal, old, stail burekas
Review 18:10min walk to beach
Review 19:-
Review 20:Very good location, close to the centre of the town as well to the beach of Natanya. Clean rooms, friendly staff, very quick handling of check-in/check-out, excellent choice of TV channels, good breakfast.
Review 21:the service oriented attitude of the staff, the breakfast is tasty, the room furniture is modern it s 5 mn walking to the seaside in a quiet distict of netanya
Review 22:Nothing, everything exceeded my expectations.
Review 23:The room was so sheik and relaxing, the spa was amazing, the hotel staff helped me find the best guided tours and the food..... Wow the best meat I have ever eaten! All in all most relaxing vacation I have ever had!
Review 24:Hotel not right on seafront, but probably cheaper because of that fact :), and only a 5 to 10 minute walk to sea. Some of the staff being a little direct, with not realizing it, but not rude, but that's probably a cultural thing in me coming from Britain.
Review 25:I stayed 7 nights there, and would be quite happy to stay there again, the next time I visited Netanya. It was very clean, safe, a nice size as a double room, although I was a solo traveller. Only just over 5 mins, walk to Netanya Centre walking straight down Dizengoff Street, to Ha'atma'ut Square, and Herzl Street. A good free Wi-Fi connection, and you can have a lot for breakfast if you want to. Would definitely go there again if visited Netanya :).
Review 26:Soulless. It did not help that everything was closed as it was Jewish New Year., The room was very basic indeed. They said it had a kitchen in the room but no crockery or cutlery available. Outside space not in good condition.

Review 30:Nice Hotel with very friendly stuff. Delicious breakfast. having a "Coffee shop" is perfect to get some drinks late at night. No problem finding a parking place (with Pango) Again, good value for money. suitable location near the city center and the sea shore.
Review 31:Nice design, comfortable hotel and rooms. Everything was clean and well maintained. Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel has a convenience store and cafe/bakery (Mehadrin Kosher!!!). 3 short blocks from the beach. Free wifi, satellite tv, tv with hdmi port (to connect tablet).

Review 62:Room is too smal
Review 63:Cleanliness, location
Review 64:Clean, amazing breakfast, central location, walking distance to beach and great restaurants.
Review 65:Limited breakfast menu. Not near the sea. No sea view. No parking.
Review 66:New hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. The reception man very helpful and friendly. I arrived earlier than check in time and they gave me the rooms
Review 67:There was nothing to dislike.
Review 68:This is my 2nd time at this hotel; I'd stay there again. Staff very friendly and helpful. I had an upgrade which provided limited style kitchen facilities. Breakfast served at table was varied and sufficient; excellent coffee. Location nearby town facilities very good.
Review 69:No instx for in-room safe. Not sure it works.
Review 70:Most of staff (tho not all) very friendly & helpful. Good served breakfast. Quiet residential street. Microwave, refrigerator. Great value.
Review 71:No free parking. Breakfast was ok, but fixed (not buffet). At least it would have been nice to be able to choose the breakfast from the list.
Review 72:Clean and nice room. The location very convenient in many ways (e.g. close to the beach). The staff was very helpfull and friendly.
Review 73:Can't think of anything!
Review 74:We selected Hotel Alma primarily from favorable comments of previous guests and were totally pleased with everything: management and staff, food, cleanliness, location near the city center and beach. The price was exceptional compared to other large hotels in the area. My wife and I were there for ten days and even recommended it to an Israeli friend who will bring a musical group from Germany in the Fall. It has only thirty rooms thus has an intimate ambience. Also it has a "neighborhood" touch as non guests came in to buy freshly baked bread.
Review 75:room was very small and bare, little amenities or decor. bathroom was extremely tight and hard to keep water from the sink and shower from getting all over the place. no real lobby or facilities other than the room.
Review 76:location was good and price was very reasonable. breakfast was good, but not lavish.
Review 77:Parking in the area was time consuming
Review 78:I enjoyed the atmosphere in the hotel, the welcoming staff. The food in the hotel was a delite an the central location was a bonus.
Review 79:Bathroom needs better maintenance, outdoor area could be upgraded,
Review 80:Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast, close to city center, good value for money, small fridge in room and tea kettle
Review 81:A bit noisy in the hall in the morning, with people talking and children playing, but we were there during a very busy period so understandable.
Review 82:Excellent breakfast, great service at front desk at check-in and check-out, very comfortable bed.
Review 83:There was nothing to dislike, as far as I was concerned.
Review 84:Attention to detail, including provision of shower gel dispenser and tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
Review 85:The size of the room was small; suitcases had to the stored under the desk to prevent stumping your toes. The shower stall leaked badly, flooding the entire bath with 1/4" of water after a shower.
Review 86:The staff was excellent; friendly, eager to help, you pick an adjective for them and they fit the bill.
Review 87:There was nothing I did not like.
Review 88:I loved everything about Hotel Boutique Alma. I generally do not like hotels, but if I could have, I would have stayed there forever. The location is very convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and every member of the staff was exceptional in every way.
Review 89:no breakfast menu no hairdryer
Review 90:great location, quiet area ..... the staff is friendly, a Russian-speaking ... the rooms are very comfortable .. on the ground floor there is a cafe with wonderful scones ... in general I liked .... Overall I liked the hotel
Review 91:The only small comment is that the washroom did have a bit of a musty, moldy odour to it.
Review 92:The location of the hotel is wonderful, walking distance to the pedestrian mall, (which is so so lovely to see at night). The staff were very helpful and it was great to be able to park right out front of the hotel. The room was a good size with coffee, tea and a kettle. The restaurant and food shop attached to the hotel were a very nice convenience. We enjoyed our breakfast outside on their patio. The breakfast was not huge, but certainly enough. All in all we enjoyed out stay very much.
Review 93:No hair driyer inside the room. Poor wireless
Review 94:Hotel is almost new and the price is perfect. Staff were so friendly and warm.amazing breakfast... Thanks..
Review 95:Noise and music from the restaurant and in the rooms as doors are really thin and too close to beds and corridors often noisy.
Review 96:The design and the decoration of the room. The kindness of the receptionist
Review 99:No instructions for safe, couch was dirty, sink soap dispenser didn't work
Review 100:Friendly staff, value, modern design, breakfast, large room, excellent wi-fi, parking in front of hotel
Review 101:There was still a bit of smell from the installation of new flooring, etc. It was too complicated to operate the TV. Not big deals.
Review 102:Staff was very helpful. The rooms had just been renovated. Especially nice was having the cafe next door -- a very pleasant place to sit for coffee in the morning or wine in the evening.

Review 105:Rooms adequate. Not the best
Review 106:Great boutique atmosphere in main areas. Friendly staff. Great breakfasts!

Review 111:The breakfast
Review 112:Location and breakfasts were top notch.
Review 113:No shampoo.
Review 114:Good location. Very quiet.
Review 115:Slow service at the cafeteria
Review 116:The room and location.
Review 117:Lots of noise, very uncomfortable beds
Review 118:Cute rooms, nice space, good location, good restaurant in lobby
Review 119:Door is close to the bed, so often you might hear all the corridor noise because of such a room configuration
Review 120:New clean hotel, good breakfast
Review 121:A relatively long walk to the beach.
Review 122:Clean rooms with all mod cons and excellent showers. good value for money.
