Review 1：Everything great!

Review 2：We were upgraded when we arrived (very pleasant, after an overnight train ride) and the room itself was extremely comfortable and clean. Staff were all very pleasant and hospitable. Coffee was great - I'm not a coffee drinker, but my 18 year old niece is, and rated it the best of the three week trip! And nice to get a brownie, at long last....

Review 3：When I arrived they said that booking.com never sent the reservation. I showed them my confirmation but that didn't help. I asked for a room and they said they were totally booked. I said I was going to call booking.com and suddenly a room opened up for me. They made me feel like they were really doing me a favor. I'll never stay there again. Also, no free Wifi, even though it says they have it on booking.com.

Review 4：The guy that worked at the gym and swimming pool was really nice. And the breakfast was good.

Review 5：We had a confirmed booking through Booking.com. On reaching the hotel, we were shocked to be curtly told by the Reception that they had no booking for us. Showing the confirmation voucher only got the response that we have no intimation and we should contact Booking.com. We were just stranded and dumped and staff most unhelpful. It was after a lot of argument that we were finally given 2 rooms. Terrible experience.

Review 51：Hotel is 40 years old and in need of renovation.The bar was outside and inconvenient with the hot weather and insects,therefore nobody at the Bar.Room was dirty with old bllod and dirt on towels,wood pealing off the bath,old hair in the sink/plug.
