Review 1：towel's color has turned to 'off white' instead off 'new white towel'. there's no small towel

Review 3：The pool was still under construction. The door that lead to the balcony was leaking water into the room. Wifi password that changed everyday which made connection a bit of a hassle.

Review 4：The location is excellent, at Jalan Slamet Riyadi which is the heart of the city. The staffs are friendly, willing to help and giving extra mile to serve from the heart. Thumbs up. Comfortable new bed, hot water generated quickly, strong free wifi in the room.

Review 6：The hotel is brand new and has a modern design. Everything was (still) very clean and our towels were as good and soft as new ones. The food (restaurant and breakfast) was 5-stars quality. Reception staff was extremely attentive: after our own taxi booking did not turn up, they quickly offered to call one of their own taxi contacts. On departure we depended on a taxi booking at 5am. Reception staff arranged it and it was perfectly on time (not always the case in Indonesia).
