Review 2：I stayed at spacious Deluxe Room with comfortable bed. There is separated shower box and toilet. Clean with soft color of room interior design make me feel at home.

Review 7：New hotel centrally located on Jl. Slamet Riyadi's City Walk. Very clean, excellent facilities, service and really nice swimming pool. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable for information on tours and transfers to our next destination.

Review 8：Cleaning needs to be more than perfunctory, shower screens, sink and around taps never cleaned. Our dirty cups were rinsed under the tap rather than being changed. Restaurant very expensive compared to places outside.

Review 10：when i still talking with reception to make a request and suddenly the reception (girl) turn off my call. then i'm not find the sign if the lift can't use, i get stuck at lift for along time, the housekeeping staff have a better service than reception. hope be nice. thanks
