Review 1：They can deliver typical italian bread on your request, but its too expensive, comparing to local prices. Additional cost for air condition. Garbage must be thrown itself to the public bins along the main roads.

Review 2：Calm place. You can feel the charm of Toscany. In the middle of farmlands. You are free to do what you want: tour, sit on the pool, go on the beach, walking, biking, play tennis....

Review 3：The kitchenette could have a bit more equipment, like serving dishes, oven mittens, rubbish bin etc. The bathroom needs more hooks to hang towels on. There could be more than one light in the living room. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. There could be a place to store clothes in the bedroom. Small things but things that would improve the overall experience.

Review 4：Beautiful views, great location. Very well restored buildings. Lovely pool. Lot of nice places to see nearby. Good beaches quite close. The staff was very helpful.

Review 5：bed was not suitable for a person with back problems. The is no breakfast and no coffee shop on site and without car no possible to get to one. Swimming pool is a bit small for the amount of guests

Review 10：We had no outside like a balcony or garden and nowhere to go in the evenings.They said they don't sell them through Booking.com, only through their own website. There are no facilities like a terrace, a bar, a shop, etc.....You have to take your trash of the property. The beds are extremely hard. The towels were like tea towels.

Review 14：The compromise of staying in this remote location, is that there are a lack of things to do in the evening, unless you're willing to drive 10/15 km to the nearest beach or town. We were also in a 2nd floor apartment and without a communal BBQ or much else to do in the evening, we struggled for things to do.

Review 15：Firstly the staff were very friendly and welcoming; the villa has been well constructed with a sense of period style; the swimming pool was great to cool off in, after a ride or walk in the hot summer sun. In terms of location, it's great if you prefer a quiet place away from it all... The surrounding hilltop villages and beaches are absolutely stunning if you make the journey.

Review 16：- We had specifically requested in the booking to have an appartment on the ground floor with terrace/garden and we've been given an appartment in the 2nd floor with a very small balcony. - No collective trash in the resort, you have to take your bin in the car to bring them at 1km - We did not have the chance as we had neighbours who had very loud discussions on their terrace till 1am ! - Wifi access only near the reception.

Review 28：The on-site facilities for the children made for a very relaxing holiday for the adults. The pool area was really lovely and the acommodation was great for the price. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The almosphere was very relaxed.
