Review 1：The WIFI connection was very slow. A wall clock in every room would be useful.The room (111) in which I stayed had no window / no day light which was negative.We were aslo getting disturbing sound from dinning area about we complaint and requested for change of room which was not agreed.

Review 13：A comfortable hotel in a good location. I wanted somewhere with good facilities to break up a trek round north India. This allowed me to clean up, fuel up and get some rest for the next leg! Helpful staff and I particularly appreciated the left luggage facility

Review 56：Staff were very formal and business like and seemed ill prepared for tourists. They appeared disturbed when we approached their service desks and couldn't find a map of the area. We had no choice but to pay 80 rupees each for an orange and banana in the restaurant as there were no fruit stalls around. This seemed a mean and petty charge and in keeping with the general profiteering approach of the hotel.

As the hotel is located in a lane in the main shopping market,locating the Hotel for first time visitors are troublesome. Hotel should provide free pickup and drop by charging nominal amount along with room tariff.
