Review 1：The most surprising thing was a paid WiFi. Get real - it's 2014, you have free WiFi almost everywhere! Charging 10 EURO for 3 hours access, which is failing to authenticate all the time is nonsense! We got a room upgrade for free, but it was located just above the bar. We left the balcony door open and found room later full of cigarette smoke. It was very loud up to 11 pm at least - music from the "show" and bar was very annoying. After we switched room the air conditioning was working like a small diesel tractor. Again struggling with sleep second night in a raw. Technician fixed next day, but impression about the facilities was spoiled already. Hotel is worn out a bit. In a bathroom we had a strong smell of sewage from time to time.

Review 2：We liked the location, and the responsiveness of the personnel. We had a lot of things to ask them to fix and they fixed all of them. There is a special play room for the small children where you can leave them with a maid during some hours. Good place for the kids, good entertainment programs for them.
