Review 1：Don't take the excursion to Georgioupolis at the moment - the town is a building site, complete with sewer smells. No other places to eat within walking distance of the hotel, so recommend half or full board - fortunately the food at the hotel IS very good.

Review 2：Great choice of food, very friendly staff, quite a large site, each pool had a different character. Lovely to have breakfast in the Beach Restaurant most days. Relaxing. Different things on each night in the Lobby bar - some cheesy, some very good.

Review 3：Big big problem with the master of the restaurant downstairs. Everybody scare this small guy. He think he's a military? One history: We decide to visit the other side of the island, so we return late to the hotel (at 21h30!!!!)... The day was difficult with our baby, so my wife don't eat and go to the room with him. I ask to the servers of the restaurant if i could take something hot to the room for my wife, and he say me...talk to the MASTER (lol) ... I call the MASTER ( Mr MISTRE VANGELIS) and explain to him my situation... He answer like that: "CHANGE YOUR WIFE"!!!! What the hell??!! He ´s crazy to answer that?! In the moment I would like to kick his face but I temperate my nerves, stay quit and take it like a joke... Finaly after more than 20min, I take a plate and go to the room! The rest of the hotel was nice... The swimmingpools are bigs.

Review 5：The staff was mostly east european and you could hear and feel, that they were unsatisfied with their work. It would be nice with some paddleboats/SUP boards ot other forms of "toys" available on the beach We had a familysuite, but they often forgot that we were three. I am thinking of bathropes, coffee etc Very hard beds Wi-fi slow Only one a la carte restaurant

Review 8：The animation people did not speak Greek so my children even they wanted to communicate it was impossible.

Review 10：Beds could be more comfortable, given that it is a five star hotel. If you want to do more than a beach holiday, you need to rent a car to visit Chania and Rethymno, which are well worth visiting!

Review 16：I was tired and came for a rest even it was for only one night I RELAXED. I would like to bring my husband for a night at the end of the season when it's quiet, he is in a wheel-chair and id O2 dependent but I have O2 for travel so I will be in contact maybe late September.

Review 17：The hotel is pretty far from the airport, 1.30 - 2 hrs by taxi and the taxi fair is EU130 which is pretty expensive.
