Review 1：The breakfast was poor not enough choice I could not believe that there were sun loungers on the roof but you weren't allowed to use them past 11.00 absolute madness !

Review 3：the TV was not connected to the cable so only blue screen. The WIFI did not connect either The person in charge could speak only russian so poor communication. Tables not cleaned during breakfast so do not wake up late! Two many basic mistakes!

Review 10：The room we were given didn't match the pictures at all. The wifi didn't really work and was very sporadic. Our room had not been cleaned, there was food in the fridge from the last occupant and also papers lying around. Our floor was more like a youth hostel (and a bad one at that) very noisy and ugly decor. The bed was very low down, very springy and very uncomfortable. The view was none existent and even if there had been one, the window was blocked by a pillar. The TV had no remote (just a remote for the HOT box) so if you wanted to turn it on or change the volume, you had to get up to do it. Over half the channels didn't work on the TV. If I was asked how much I should have payed, I would say about half of what we were charged. Really ruined the holiday for my wife and I.

Review 14：Bathroom mold. Staff unfriendly. People related in some way to the manager sitting and smoking just outside the entrance. Smoke drifted into the lobby. Told no free parking until I got mad. Then told there was free parking behind the hotel but only between 19 pm and 9 am.

Review 18：From the beginning of our stay until the end, we had a wonderful experience. It cannot be more central than this. Right out of the door are cafes, restaurants, a nice place with fountains and the beach is 2 minutes away. In the room everything was clean and the design is up to date. They did invest in this place. The staff and especially the manager Samy were friendly and helpful. I could not figure how the faucet in the shower worked, called the reception and a few minutes later the manager came and resolved the situation. They were always asking wether we are satisfied and brought us water to the room. I recommend!
Review 19：That there was an extra charge for breakfast which were very meager offerings. There could have been some hot items (eggs, for example) that would have felt more worthwhile and substantial. Also, the bathroom shower handles in the room need to be repaired.

Review 21：I flew from America for a friends funeral in Netanya. I booked the hotel in Istanbul as i was making a stop over in Istanbul for three hours. I was looking for a hotel central to the square. The location is amazing. The rooms are spotless. The Staff were wonderful. I will stay at the Kikar any time I am in Netanya

Review 37：Desk staff does not communicate in English / French. Cleanup personnel did not leave bath towels; just face towels. TV sign extremely limited : there were games of FIFA World Cup!!!There are no telephones or intercoms in the rooms. Wake service was delayed about 40min!!!
