Review 2：Service, better is not possible. --- Birthday cake for my wife, orderedSaturday ready Sunday. They hit our taste by 100%. --- Problems withheating at night, problem solved during the same night. Spa area, mysmall little baby liked the baby pool so much. Everyone found heresomething what you can like.

Review 3：When dog friendliness is stated, comment like 'You are not checking in with dogs, are you?' is not acceptable. Even so later on we didnt have any problem with having a dog.

Review 4：Some issues not acceptable for such a kind of structure, also taking into account that we are talking about the most expensive hotel in veszprem: -Broken minibar -air conditoner not very efficient -water and glue coming from the room floor when it was rainy (we were at ground floor) -they sent us an email writing to bring whit us the baby beds because they did not have them for the requested period. In the end we found them in the room at our arrival: they could have written us a new email saying me not to bring the baby beds anymore.

Review 6：We had a wonderful breakfast the first day with Serrano ham, special cheeses and fruit juice. The next day there was cheap meat, trappista (cheap Hungarian cheese) and instead of juice there was sweetened juice water (squash or nector of whatever one would like to call it). It was not a bad breakfast but it was so different to the first day, when we felt very spoilt with all the delicious things.
