Review 1：The room was tiny but as it was a budget room this was acceptable, the fridge wasn't working which wasn't great
Review 2：It was close to the business centre and the RSL where my conference was being held, friendly staff great breaky

Review 5：Booking.com stated that the hotel was about 500 metres from the centre of town. It was actually around 2klms. Pretty basic room for what was supposedly a refurbished room.
Review 6：Mould on the bathroom roof no exhaust fan fitted toilet had not been cleaned not a good start I know it was a budget room but a clean room or even a offer of an upgrade pity for them told him on arrival that our daughter live there thinking that a good stay we would come back no chance

Implied on bookings.com site that breakfast is included - it is not, though was almost everywhere else (we were a football team travelling so could compare a lot of different accommodation) Poorly maintained facilities - our toilet leaked noisily all night as did our friend's in a room a few doors away.

Review 18：The staff attitude. The fact that I had to pay extra for my wife to stay with me. Upon arrival I was told that although I had booked a double, this only covered single occupancy. I had to pay an extra $20 The receptionist said "you'll have to read the fine print next time". There won't be a next time.

Review 20：the price we had to pay for this . this was a very mismatch motel room needs to update properly .was not clean in bathroom or dooner cover had to turn all lights on in room just to see anything ,lights outside room on all night but when we went to find our motel after our function there was no light to highlight this business for us to find it only the no vacancy sign was light up.

Review 54：Returned from a function two kilometres away around 12.30am to find no parking could be found anywhere on the premises. I picked up the call phone outside the office and waited a minute or so for an answer. When I explained the situation I was told that surely there is a parking space just go down the back. I told her i had already checked that out and that either someone who hasn't paid to stay has parked or their isn't adequate parking for a full house. She then suggested I park out on the street to which I replied I didn't pay $148 so my daughter could park her new car (4000kms on the clock) on the street. She had no response so I suggested that I would pursue the matter further. I am disappointed because I would think that it would be policy for any motel in the state to provide adequate, safe, off street parking as part of the cost of accommodation. I would appreciate a reply. Thank You.
