Review 1：-poor wifi connection; -after taking a shower the floor in the bathroom was wet.
Review 2：-location was really great:the beach across the road and the Old Town is a 5-10-minute walk from there; -hotel personnel was excellent:the guy from the reception (sorry, don't remember his name) helped a lot, adbised a lot of places to go out, to have lunch, excursions and so on; -the rooms were quite comfortable and modern, cleaned properly; -reasonable price; -some basic kitchen stuff to make breakfast or whatever.
Review 3：This was our 1st time in Crete. Cosmos Hotel is amazing! Rooms are NICE! They look and feel just as good as on the pictures if not better. (we were a little afraid of the 3stars, but it feels more like 4) We had a balcony towards the street. Cleaning lady came every day. Staff is friendly and helpful beyond, Location is perfect: beach 3 minutes walk supermarket 1 minute walk, restaurants 1-10 minute walk Old Town of Rethymno 10 minute walk. If you leave late, you can drop your luggage off at desk and use shower when you leave free of charge.
Review 4：Cosmos hotel is in a very good position in rethymno, it is near the center of the city, that could be reach in a few minutes by walk and there is some place to park the car. The staff is all polite and available. It is a perfect location to visit the south of Creta, and to have some activities for the night

Review 6：An excellent aparthotel. We arrived late one evening but they kept reception open for us to check in. Thanks George! The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and everything you could need. If you are tall, you may find the shower head a little low, but it wasn't a problem for either of us. The hotel is located at the start of the beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops and an easy 10min walk into the old town.

Review 9：Nicely decorated, well equipped and spacious rooms. Exceptional modern design, very different from usual hotels in Greece. Could not be better situated in Rethymno, almost next to the beach, but avoiding the noise from the coast road, and also just a few steps away from the town center.

Review 12：Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel has a familiar atmosphere. Close-by supermarket, ATM, bakery, car-rental, travel agency are handy and very recommendable. Only 2-3 min walk from the beach it is close to sea and yet protected from the busy seaside road.

Review 14：Very friendly staff, they are every time ready to help. The location is perfect in just few meters from the beach. The design of the room is modern. This is the place that I would like to enjoy another one time!
Review 15：Cleaning and maintenance should be improved. On the evening we arrived the bathroom wasn't clean enough. The next day and later during our the stay cleaning has been improved. The shower is not very spacious and may be short for very tall people. Shower doors were broken down, water run out on the floor, A/C should be cleaned.
Review 16：The hotel is located by the a silent street, close to very nice town beach (sandy) and within 10 min walking distance to the Old Town. There is a very good supermarket close by. The hotel is in modern style. We stayed in well equipped studio with balcony facing the street. The room is spacious with small kitchenette (with fridge). The balcony is very nice. The bathroom is modern with shower. The hotel is run by a very nice family. We bought breakfast served in hotel's lobby / terrace which costs 7 Euro per person and consists of coffee / tea, juice, bread, jam, honey, nutella, boilled eggs, cucumbers, tomatos, olives and feta cheese. We liked breakfasts. The room was cleaned every day, towels are changed every second day. We recommend th hotel!

Review 42：On the first night of our 6 nights reservation we found 2 cockroaches in our shower. Additionally, the shower was very small and moldy. The bathroom sink stopper got stuck shut. The toilet did not flush. There was old moldy coffee in the coffee maker, the beverage glasses were dirty and the kitchen shelves were dusty. The WIFI signal was very week - only 1 bar (room 14). The manager offered to move us next morning, however, we chose to check out and find a different accommodation.
Review 43：I recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday in Greece. It is a quiet.The hotel is located in a quiet street. So you can have a good sleep.Nearby the beach (it is only 7 minutes walk away from the hotel). Thedouble room is clean, spacious and modern. There is a hairdryer, an airconditioner, a plasma tv, a safe in the room. Also there is a minikitchen (a fridge, two hot plates, an electric kettle, a coffee maker,cooking utensils) in the room. There is a "massaging" showerin the bathroom. There is a free Wi-Fi in the room. There are two poolsat the hotel but they are small An affable staff. I don’t know anythingabout the breakfast because my booking didn’t include the breakfast.
Review 44：The room was fine, although there are some things that need maintenance (rusty and mouldy tap and shower). The room was a bit smelly especially in the bathroom and there were some loose hair here and there, so there is room for improvement in the cleaning area. Also the wifi password should be somewhere noted in the room, as I needed it in the afternoon and the old lady in the reception didn't remember it to tell me, so I had to wait until the evening.
