Review 1：We were a bit disappointed with cleanliness of the pool and it's area. When we arrived the pool was dirty with lot's of foils. Fortunately it's been cleaned next day and we were able to use it however it was still far away from what we would expect. The same applies to the rooms - looks like they don't have enough staff to keep the area in a better shape. From time to time there were also problems with WiFi access.
Review 2：It's a very nice and cosy place to spend a few days. We liked especially the interior of the house and great views outside. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable. The staff has always been attentive and helpful. Dinners were very good and more original then in any typical restaurants in Italy, however breakfasts were missing some fresh veggies and bread. SPA is a great place to spend an afternoon if it's not to hot outside - we have used it only once during our 6 day stay but enjoyed a lot. Close proximity to a motorway is also a great value to visit other places in Tuscany and Umbria.
Review 3：The hot water from the taps (shower/sink/etc) was brown for the first 10 or so minutes. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, which for the price of the stay, was unexpected.
Review 4：The hotel is located in the hills with a great view of Chanciano and a nice swimming pool. Dinner at the restaurant is a must if the restaurant is open.
