Review 1：I think the bathroom floor is too slippery when wet. Other than that it's all good

Review 2：We had a great stay in this hotel. The hotel is well maintained. Being attached to a shopping mall is an advantage though it is not in Solo main road so it is a bit difficult to go to some places. We stayed in the rooom with 2 bedrooms. It was spacious with good facilities.

Review 3：Didn't like the bathroom. It has small glass rack under the shower. When we checked in it was already wobbly. Didn't put a lot of bottles/heavy stuff on it, but eventually it fell off and the glass broke into pieces. Dangerous since I stayed with my 3 year old son.

Review 4：Location! The hotel is connected to the mall.. Access is ridiculously easy.. Friendly staff, smooth check in/out, no hassle, nice pool, free parking for guests.

Review 5：1. in the lower part of the wall ,on the living room and bedroom , some paint were cracking. 2. there were no door from main bedroom to the bathroom ( I stayed on the Executive room )

When asked back to the front turns out the room was ready. Non smoking rooms smell of cigarettes and was not prepared with towel. When asked recently handled.

Review 23：Hotel adjacent to the mall. While waiting the room during check in, given a welcome drink curcuma ice. Room & toilet are with tissues. LED TVs with paid broadcast like Fox, FX; but no HBO. Nice window view. There is a small cockroach. There are 2 bottles of 600ml mineral water, instant coffee and tea bags with heater. The bathroom warm water is enough but bursts uneven and less power. WI-Fi is available every floor, a strong signal, fast speed. Parking is free for residents of the hotel.

Review 24：Air con in the master bedroom is set directly on top of the bed, very uncomfortable as it blasts cold air right on your head & you end up waking up with very dry throat & headache. The wifi connection is a hassle as it logs you off everytime your phone goes on screensaver mode. I've stayed here many times in the past but yey they're not helpful at all in changing reservation, they don't want to loose money even if it means loosing loyal customers. I won't be staying here again!

Review 28：oh I got a minor critic. One of the room lamp cannot be switched in off position, so the whole night we slept while that lamp was on. It's really unpleasant.

Review 45：Staff is really nice, they will help you with anything. The location was perfect for us, it is connected to a mall and close to the touristic sights in Solo. The hotel has a nice and clean swimmingpool, restaurant with great food (asian and western) and a bar (where we enjoyed live music!). We got a clean room which was not big but just a regular hotelroom size. Nice and hot shower. Whenever we go back to solo we will definitely come back here.
