Review 1：Don't eat dinner here! Like English food 50 years ago (overly boiled vegetables, zero taste ). Breakfast was ok though with a coffee machine that makes great cappucinos. Wifi came and went.
Review 2：Lovely family run hotel. Grand with lots of antiques and art. The price for what you get is great value for money. Enormous rooms in the old part ( I was upgraded) . The bathrooms not so nice as the new part but worth it for the fabulous room. Very friendly, helpful staff. An old- worldly hotel that usually costs a lot more. Always had a parking space too.
Review 3：Breakfast can be improved. As an Italian I think it is not acceptable to drink in a hotel based in Italy coffee and cappuccino out of a standardized electric machine when a few meters away they had a barista machine that could make good coffee.
Review 4：I think the best part in this experience was the staff at the reception, always ready to help and very responsive.
Review 5：The bathroom smelt like a sewer for most of the days we were there(4). The noise from the next room tv was appalling. The roller shutters were electronic and really noisy. Breakfast was average for a 4 star establishment. Watch out for the poles in the car park if parking under cover.

Review 28：Everything. It has the "old world´s" feel with all the new technology comfort. It is very close to the Thea complex, all concierge were so affable and caring, breakfast was wonderful. We shall be returning.
