Review 1：no bad experiences, but expected coffee at dinner on half board to be free but was charged.

Review 2：Excellent facilities in a good location close to Rethymnon old town. Good food well worth the Half Board cost and friendly, helpful staff.

Review 3：Nice hotel in very good location, the hotel doesn't have private parking , but its no problem to find parking place . The breakfast and the dinner near the swimming pool were very good. The reception staff help us espcialy Eve that send us to great beaches in the south and nice gorges.

Review 9：Put in a disabled room where shower was a walk in however shoer broken therefore had to hold in hand to shower at all times. Asked numerous times to move and have fixed. Offered to move 15 minutes out of location to SC apts then would have to travel back for breakfast and evening meal. Not practical. Beds falling apart. Kept breaking therefore would fall through. Extremely uncomfortable stay.

They also charged my credit card without asking us. Finally cleaning lady barged in the room 10 min before checkout telling us to empty room.

Review 44：Monday's greek evening!!! Very friendly staff! We've stayed for a whole week with our 2 young boys (7 & 11) and a baby (1/2y.) and the 4 person junior suites was perfect for us. The kids loved this hotel- the pool, playground, etc. Location is great, just around the corner from the beach. Very good meals (we had HB).

Review 45：The room was modest for the price and definitely not 4 stars. The WiFi was disastrously bad - it would disconnect you after ten minutes of usage at most, often even more frequently. After this you had to authenticate again, which didn't work every time. The coverage was reasonable but there are clearly local issues with authentication, possibly the router timing you out. If you have to rely on being able to connect to the internet, avoid this hotel. There are hotels in the area with very reliable internet connections.

Review 53：Corridors were tiled as were the rooms (you are 5 minutes from a sandy beach) which you could understand but the room was a bit characterless. A bedside rug would have made all the difference. Plenty of hanging space and hangers but a shortage of drawes and shelves.

Review 54：Nice enough hotel in a good location. Clean, comfortable and very central. not luxurious but perfectly acceptable. We were B&B so can't comment on food. Breakfast was adequate, plenty of items, but a bit repetitive, a different cake would have been a nice diversion. Best thing was a friendly, enthusiastic and hard working staff complement. Pool is a bonus, big enough and with plenty of free loungers and brollies. You won't go wrong here.

There is no way this is a 4* hotel with original price of 120 or 250 eur as promoted! we didn't enjoy breakfast wellness had an extra charge of 4 eur per person per hour and only based on reservation at least 1 hour in advance since it was not "on" all the time. for solo travellers we definitely recommend a different place to stay, I can't understand the good reviews especially from young couples

Hotel and rooms kept spotlessly clean, towels changed daily, beds daily/every other day? Buffet breakfast, plenty of variety, didn't eat in hotel at night plenty to choose from in town. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.
