Review 1：The deluxe room was spacious, the breakfast was awesome, I love the atmosphere of the hotel, the helpful staff, and the wide pool! Overall, it was a short but memorable night at The Sunan Hotel Solo. Will be back again for sure!

Review 2：The bed was not comfortable, my husband and I got back problem when we woke up in the morning. It was difficult to find parking space in the evening since there was a music concert in the hotel at that time. The management should have calculated space for customers. Another irritating issue is that we had to stamp the parking ticket at the front desk each time we left the hotel to get a free parking.

Review 7：Whole hotel is very clean, rooms are nice with all facilities, bathroom as well. Nice and big pool, breakfast with a lot of choices, 2 nice restaurants with delicious food, nice piano music at evenings at loby. Keep it like that and I will always come back!

Review 9：We stayed in 2 executive rooms on 2nd floor. Housekeeping didnt close our doors well. We found the doors unlocked when we came back to our rooms. Also, our desks not cleaned well. The room sucks. We couldnt rest well as we heard our neighbors, the doors were noisy when open and close. Exhaust fan didnt work. I heard it's new bulding? It looks old.. The hotel needs to improve their human resource as well, train the employees to have warmer attitude when helping/welcoming guests. Breakfast below standard. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service of this 4* hotel

I checked in at this hotel at 4 a.m, I can tell that the receptionist was just woke up and still sleepy but still can served us very well.The bell boy also served us with a smile at that time we checked in.

Review 28：1. If you can isolate the sound from the walking corridor and other room, that will be great. 2. We stay in the new situated room, where you have frozen glass as a wall to your bath room. It's no problem if you stay alone, but if you happens to share your room to your friend .... you can see the sillhouette of your friend when he/she sits on the toilet :). Please equip the curtain ....

Review 31：I have stayed for two days with my satisfaction, but my opinion was changed significantly when I check out on Jan. 03, 2015, a reception staff (man) requested for two days charges although I had pay deposit money, in addition after he found his mistake he returned change money insufficient of Rp. 1000 with his saying that "Tidah apa apa kurang 1000 rupiah ya". So I was very disappointed the Hotel decreasing to less than 3 stars from 4 stars Hotel in my feeling in the last day.
