Review 1：We enjoyed our one night stay very much. Another couple we met were spending a week there. The house was a typical old northern Italian house that had been renovated. It was surrounded by a large, beautiful garden with views of Lake Maggiore from the large covered terrace and garden. We had a very good breakfast on the terrace. There is a kitchen that guests may use. There is also a cosey sitting room that we did not use, because the weather was fine and warm and outdoors was more attractive to us. The location was up a hill at the end of a narrow private road and so was very quiet and peaceful. We thought it was good value. The proprietress was friendly and helpful. Good value.
Review 2：nothing, one review wrote that the road to the hotel isn't very good which is true, but unless you have a very low strung car it's not a problem, it's a short road and you can drive it slowly.
Review 3：You know how sometimes the picture of a hotel is a lot better then the real thing, well in this case the real thing is even better then the picture, and the picture is great. The hotel is run by a young man, Fedrico,and his mother . We only met him, and he was very friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is really amazing, as is the garden, the rooms are very sweet, and the hotel has handicap access. The wifi was good Breakfast was good, and all in all we had a great time there.
Review 4：Such a lovely place to stay!! Thanks for your warm hospitality! Each morning we enjoyed a large breakfast, tasty cakes, cheese and bacon and much more... Unfortunately we stayed only 4 days! We felt very much at home and we will come back for sure!

Review 6：The owners were great hosts! The house is beautiful and all the details around the house are superb. Garden is pretty and well kept. One of the best things was the scent of a freshly baked pie in the evening that was on our plates the next morning. Excellent! We travelled with a 10 month old baby and i have to say that this was truly a babyfriendly place.

Review 8：Beautifull house & garden in an excellent setting. Stunning vieuw on the lake! Very friendly host Margaritha and her son Frederico, very supportfull to the guests. She picked me up from the train station, as I didn't had a car that evening. The breakfast served in the beautifull kitchen or on the nice terras, always accompanied with home made bakeries.
Review 9：From Cascina Belvedere you have a great view over Arona and the Lago Maggiore in a very warm and friendly atmosphere. You will get very good espresso and delicious self-made cake for breakfast. We really enjoyed our time there.
Review 10：My only criticism would be that the BnB is quite hard to find up a very steep and uneven road. Not great if not a confident driver and is a little way out of the town. The breakfast was basic and the coffee a little disappointing.

Frederico our host made us feel so welcome and even took us out in the evening to a great little restaurant up in the hills we never would have found otherwise. The rooms were clean and we had great views of the lake and Arona town. The gardens are peaceful and lovely to walk around.

Review 15：I was traveling by myself and am unable to speak any Italian. As an American, I was a little nervous about how my trip would go, but I am so thankful to the staff at Cascina Belvedere for everything they did for me during my stay to make it the vacation of a lifetime. The son, Federico, speaks fluent English and each day took me out with his car to tour the city and even to explore some neighboring towns. This was something I would have never expected, but it was just an act of pure generosity and kindness. The family is extremely friendly and the food is exceptional. The home itself is beautiful, offering the best view of Arona, a lovely garden, and a comfortable and clean interior. The utilities are all updated and convenient, while the interior style is authentic and charming. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone. It is extremely inexpensive for everything you get out of it. Truly the best deal out there.
