Review 1：You need a car to stay at the place. Cannot come to Bolgheri station and take a taxi from there but have to take jump off the train in Cecina to be able to find a taxi.
Review 2：Wifi was barely usable. In hindsight it let me turn off and tune out. :)
Review 3：Friendly staff, always available to help. Quiet location with wonderful views. Rooms are very spacious. Tennis, pool, wine and beach nearby. Off the beaten path.

Review 5：There's an awesome surroundings.The room is clean.The pool is big enough for 5-10 people.The staff is very helpful and friendly. Shana(receptionist) can give you good tips about shops, good restaurants and beaches, etc.. You must stay here, if you'd like to see the real Tuscany.It's a very tasty wine region.I would recommend it to anyone.
Review 6：The pool was lovely with lots of sunbeds available. Our accommodation was compact but it worked. Our garden area was great and the whole place was well kept. Beautiful views of the mountains and vineyards.
Review 7：Check-in at 3PM and check-out at 10AM: for me it's inconvenient. I drove from Rome with my Family and came to the hotel at about 1PM. The staff made us to wait until 3PM to check-in in spite of couple of rooms were empty. Air-conditioner on the 2nd deck did not work. The hotel provide small kitchen in rooms very well equipped, but we did not find salt and peppers, which on my opinion should be there every time: the closest supermarket is 7 km away from the place.

Review 16：It's the second time that we came here, wonderful place full of nature and peace, ideal to spend a week in total relaxation. Very beautiful building and comfortable studios with kitchenette, private porch and garden, really a great place. Many interesting villages all around to visit and the best place to buy olive oil directly made in the farms around. Definitely a place to enjoy many times, we had again a very nice holiday.

Review 19：There is only 'italian breakfast' (croissants and coffee)served, which is ok if you only stay for a couple of days. You need tobe flexible with arrival and departure dates (arrive after 3pm, departbefore 10am, no night presence of staff).

Review 21：If you hate insects (falling down from the porch-ceiling) and mosquitos (really many) better if you don't come here! We often had to eat inside the room and could not enjoy the very nice porch. The small kitchen is not well organised and too narrow, but useful anyway. We got bathroom for handicapped person and it was not the best practical situation. Swimming pool and tennis close at 7.00 PM and it's incredibly early (can be used until later but without staff's permission...). Check-out at 10.00 AM is definitely too early considering that check-in must be after 3.00 PM (you lose one day, almost). Staff often "disappeared" for all day and in case of need you have to make phone calls.
Review 22：Location is very nice, in the middle of the countryside, very quiet, green and relaxing (when not too crowded), free swimming pool and tennis court are great plus, wifi is free as well but not very powerful (building walls are thick). Good strategic place to have nice tours around the area and enjoy the sea (although not the best one in Tuscany..). Studio with small kitchen is the best solution, it lets you be more independent and avoid looking for restaurants all days. The room is clean but can be better and the bed is comfortable. We spent a very nice week here (we were totally alone for 2 days!) and we would certainly come back.
